It makes me sad when I see very short and helpful videos like this not getting a lot of likes😞

Great video, man! short and to the point! Very helpful. I didn't know about the refine button to smooth out the edges.

I do not understand the refine tool. If I add more feather it seems to make the edges of the subject more blurry and a little transparent. And if I go over the edge again with the brush tool to improve the details of the selected subject it seems to make it worse rather than better.
Do you have a video talking in more detail about the refine tool in v2?

I believe I'm doing exactly what you're doing, and the first time it worked but now I'm doing the same steps with a different image and it doesn't seem to be working correctly. Now when I copy the image after making the selection, it copies the entire image instead of just the selected part. Any idea why this is happening?

      I had the same problem.
SOLUTION: Convert the image to a Pixel layer. Your layer that you posted the image on is probably showing (Image) as part of the name. If that is the case, you want to right-click and hit "Rasterize..." This will convert the layer to a Pixel layer. Only (Pixel) layers can be edited/manipulated at a pixel level.
      I hope this helps.

I need help man. So I am working on my own clothing line and trying to put my design on a hoodie template, but of course the drawstrings of the hoody will be on top of the design, but it isn't working well. Any advice?

I am not sure. As you can see from this tutorial, it is very simple and my skill level is not super advanced.
