Who are you people?! It's rhetorical. This is one of the best videos you've done so far. It is brilliant. Your classical philosophical references are solid, as is your reference to Robert Greene's book, "48 Laws of Power". Keep up the Good Work!

As far as women go, a girl I cut off 6 years ago just texted me again out of the blue. She was disrespectful while we were out, so I dropped her off for the very last time and never took a phone call or answered a text from her (and there have been several) since.
I learned that the what will drive a woman crazy forever is never to argue with her. Deal with her logically and if she doesn't want to comply, just leave her alone with no explanation...EVER.

The sigma is the most effective type when it comes to dealing with problematic, toxic people. They know how to deal with them, and when the toxic party realizes it, they glare at the sigma in anger and frustration, knowing their strategy has hit the wall.

I don't like it that the "progressive" people have named it "sigma". It is simply, you are not insane because you don't try the same thing over and over again and that will give you a peace of mind.

That’s one good thing about us sigmas every mistake we make we learn from and are happy to have learned a lesson we see the positive side of knowing that we won’t make that mistake again or that we will never have to deal with that person again or shop at that place . We can forgive but we don’t forget anything. We constantly work on self improvement in every way.We want to create the ultimate comfort zone in every part of our life it’s hard to reach but we set goals and we reach them little by little we shape our world to be everything we dreamed about.

No. It is clear from the first microsecond. The logical approach is constant, non-selective, it is part of the mental system itself, there is no way that from a pure logical approach you will not notice a breaking point, no matter how small or "insignificant" it may be.

So I enjoy these videos and I like the idea of being a sigma male over an alpha male, it would certainly explain a few things for me. But, there is a lot of romancing going on in these clips that often makes a flaw sound heroic. For example in this clip, just because you're a deep thinker does mean you always get it right, and you might be burning your bridges in a way that does you more harm in the long term. These clips also infers that being a sigma is a genetic disposition like the colour of your eyes, or a lifestyle choice like it is something you can afford to do. When I believe we now have a society that is failing more people than it is helping. A majority of people, boys and girls, are quiet quitting at work and turning their back on relationships because they have become dysfunctional, toxic, a con, and a delusion. And this is where the above clips and others like it are dangerous for a lot of men. We need to be talking to other men and women about how you want to be the decent sort but that decency punishes you in this current society. It makes you vulnerable to users and abusers, be it work or personal relationships. We need to be talking to each other rather than being all stoic and going all lone wolf.

I watch and listen, trying to figure out things in my life. I have realized, at least in part, that I am not Alpha, yet I have Alpha tendencies at times. Myers-Briggs says I am 50% introvert; 50% extrovert. I believe I am Sigma, but while most things line up, some do not. I’m very curious to learn more!
The other thing is that I exercise stoic principles. I am what I am, and couldn’t or perhaps more accurately, still can’t explain or understand what it is that I most align to, but if I were a betting man, I would say I am a stoic sigma. Albeit, there are some differences. I welcome your thoughts on the matter.

    • @justincase1919

I don't think anyone fits any personality type 100%.
Probably, sigmas are drawn to stoicism because it's natural for us.
I use John Wayne's and Clint Eastwood cowboy characters to explain the difference between alpha and sigmas, John Wayne being alpha and Eastwood being sigma.
John Wayne was almost always the leader of a group and very much "in your face" when he disagreed, while Eastwood's characters were almost always aloof and quiet, but a person to be reckoned with and could lead others when it was needed, but was otherwise a loner and a planner and non emotional.
He didn't get in anyone's face and try to argue with them, he took action.

I don’t consciously think about it, it’s just there under the surface and when I have had enough it’s immediate. I’m done, you may as well be dead and I don’t even think of you again unless someone mentions you specifically. Like you never even existed. But I don’t sit around and contemplate or plan my revenge which is a common theme in this videos.
