It's a 4 man team running a one-hour service so it's best to have most team members execute more tasks to maintain efficiency. I understand it's not easy.
What can be done is to appoint Siyu to seat them down and pass them order chits/menus/pencils for them to order at their tables. Everyone will be seated rather than clustering at the cashier.
Once the guests are ready with their orders, Siyu will check and take the orders and pass them to the bar/kitchen. Aida do the drinks and Fauzi/Issac will do the food. When the drinks are ready, Siyu can serve the drinks. Should Siyu be seating/attending guests, Aida will step out to serve drinks.
While that is in motion, most drinks should be at their tables already and Aida can assist Siyu on the floor to focus on serving. Fauzi and Issac will run the bar/kitchen by themselves. Once customers are ready to pay, then they can proceed to the cashier and Aida gets to attend cashiering.
Yes, Aida is pretty much the floor manager at this point but she is the link to efficiency here and I'm sure she will do it well..
I'm so glad there's no Avery in this episode or else he's gonna be the bossy manager nobody likes. Kudos!
