Honestly you have to give these bad boys a go,they do exactly what’s said on the box....
Use the standard jet nozzle or supplied spray tube for extra surface agitation.

There’s also a 450 and 600l/ph versions at £11 and £13 respectively.

I brought one of these about 6 months ago. I keep it clean regularly but now it's so noisy. I contacted pond solutions they said it could be the rubber bits at the end of metal shaft, there isn't any and now watching your video there isn't any on there either. I think it could be the propeller as it it not going round properly. Also the metal bar doesn't come out like other filters I've tried so now I can't replace or buy another one or the propeller and pond solutions don't sell them to this filter I asked them. I liked the fact that it was a corner one, it was great at first but not now. Will definitely won't buy another one unless I can get parts for it☹️
It’s why they are so cheap, probably made in China from cheaper materials, if you think how much APS sell them for as to what they must cost. Definitely expect at least 12 months and that’s minimum.
Can't get mine set up at all, almost zero flow and no help available online anywhere. Very frustrating
Remove all sponges and media (even prefilter sponges) run your filter and check the flow, if flow still seems poor can take the filter back to the shop or email Oase direct.
You could have a stuck flap in the prefilter head, I show you how to strip it down in one of my videos, only strip it down if you can’t send the filter back though.
Also take the head off and check the inflow / outflow module is fully turning when you lock / unlock with the slider.
Other than the sponge, I can't see the difference between this and the Dennerle filter?
Its a tad bigger than the dennerle.
The dennerle main compartment splits open where as this one you pull the sponge out and as the compartment is black on the All Pond Solutions one you won’t see a mucky sponge and it won’t matter if you use coloured sponges as it’s hidden.
I exclusively run this APS corner filters on all my nano tanks now they’re that good.
