Dave Lombardo just wanted something more brutal than Slayer, so he joined Mr. Bungle.
Nah, he joined Fantomas for that purpose. Mr. Bungle is a sunny beachside vacation compared to Fantomas.
Oh my .. yes this
Haha, like it!
These musicians blow my mind. I was never able to see them in the 90's. But F###, when I heard they were doing hardcore! I am an old lady who stands in the back these days so I just wanted to thank you for a night of monumental brilliance. And seeing cro-mags (spelling) again. Normally, I am not starstruck but I think that I looked like a giddy girl at a Beatles show.
I got to see Cro-Mags open for GBH in 1986. I got to see Mr. Bungle in 1992 on their self titled album tour. I wish I was at this performance. The covers brings me back to throwing fists and elbows in the pit.
This is so good! Patton sounds excellent here - really does justice to the song, and hearing it all now like this actually makes you realise even more how much of an influence on so many the Cro Mags were!
I was 2 feet from Patton....Amazing performance
Thanks for the memories
what a great time to be alive! mr's bungle reunion, his shows, hope this guys come some to my No town bogota
harley looks like hes having a ball jamming on this sounds great
FUCKING EPIC! These guys all still have IT and it ain't going anywhere anytime soon.
MY GUYS, Mr. Bungle, OMG I’m so proud of you. This is how you reunite and still feel current and exciting. Even while playing 30+ year old cover songs, somehow. IDK, I can’t explain it, but they are doing it right. Love Mike’s braids too. He never sticks with one style or stays stagnant. True artists, all these guys.
I call it Bungle and Friends... 😂
It was one of the best nights of my life, almost topping seeing them in the 90s. Went all the way from Chicago, and I made it to the front of the stage! Just got back after a 13 hour drive. Still can't hear!
❤️😘❤️
@robert will No but I will now. Love me some sausage. ❤😉❤
Damn this is awesome. So many legends on stage.
Did Harley Flanagan always look like Popeye?
GO HARLEY!
Cro-Mags 2020
🔥💀🔥
Age of Quarrel changed my feckin life
Perfect album. The drums are so good
This was the song I had at my first dance at my wedding 🤘💀👍
Really put a smile on my face, that did! 😁🔥🔥🔥🔥
Can’t get enough of malfunction-m! Favorite part is when mike puts his hat back on him.
Thank you, this video made my day ! X🤘🏻X
I like “Metal Bungle”. Mainly because we had the same influences, nostalgia all that. Hope they get back to that eclectic no-genre Bungle that drew me in back in 1992 when they blew my brain live in Detroit. It’s a trip knowing we all were listening to a lot of the same things at the same time. I didn’t hear of Mr Bungle until a month before I saw them on their self titled album tour. I didn’t know they were hardcore fans until Disco, interview with Trey. I remember buying the Beasties (hardcore turned rap) License to Ill and Age of Quarrel on cassette the same day. Yeah, “fight for your right” another Slayer, Kerry King, nod. It all comes full circle in mid life crisis:)
Harley is a BEAST!
Nice, Harley is great, off the chain. Then into a 7 seconds tune...flashbacks:)
7 Seconds! Great!
Ladies and gentlemen, the City Gardens All Star Band
That was great
This is amazing.
Holy s#@t! What a completely unpredictable combination of musical awesomeness!
Dang!!! So good
Wow...just wowsers
So good to see
I'm still too deaf to enjoy this :( Hopefully i'll be able to hear again by the end of the week...
Did you wear ear plugs? If not why?
@@Mephistotheles My buddy pretty much always brings a bunch whenever we go to shows. I thought about it beforehand and was like, nah I don't have to worry about that... he's on it.
He was not.
I see you Dave at 2:22, haha, nice save!
Imagine how many songs these dudes have in their brains.
Pretty badass🤘💀
Just wanted to point out the "Urantia Foundation" shirt Trey is using...
Also...This Bungle reunion was the best thing that could happen...New album totally slays!

Steve martin mickey dolenz
This CRO-MAGS song ✨🎼🎸🔥 could Never have been sang by someone else! 🙋🏻♀️🇺🇸🙋🔥
People stop trolling , he is not Flea!!!
the crowd is so weak
That's so funny, after they left the stage before the encore the crowd was so quiet! I tried to start stuff to no avail... So I yelled, "Damn, New York is WEAK!" ❤️😂❤️
Crowd was pretty decent tbh: crowd surfers, multiple mosh pits and people were smoking cigarettes and joints. There was just a large percentage of weird aged hipsters sprinkled with all the die hard fans and metalhead freaks
@@AnitaMartini7 I was thinking the same thing, however it seemed like nearly everyone I spoke with came from out of town (I came all the way from Germany). I can imagine everyone was already pretty exhausted from the traveling/exploring the city leading up to the show. Also, if you attended the concert you'd have noticed Bungle fans aren't in their teens anymore.
@@scottboldberg8494 I'm just saying... I'm one of those old people.
Not if you were there!!
Cant believe I'm gonna say this but MP might have did that better then JJ
Nope, he cant even remember the words.
easily!
>tfw Mr.Bungle Cro Mags is still better than JJ Cro Mags
JJ is Cro-Mags
Nothing more hardcore than shelling out $250 for a single ticket
Mark Kessel not sure about Brooklyn I paid $45 to see them in sf
@@07BSPtC - It was 45 in Brooklyn - when it got close to the show it was double which was 90, I thought that was odd the price jumped so much.
I paid 250 a ticket for sf show. I was in the presale line 6 months before the show and by the time it was my turn $250! Still worth it.
@@pags86 Hey, everyone hates scalpers 'til you really need them.
Old age sucks, the bills pile up and no one makes money from selling/streaming music anymore. I wonder how that happened? Oh yeah, all the people who used to pay $10-20 to see a show downloaded everything for free, spouting how the artist should be happy just to spread their art and not put their kids through school, thus destroying the ability to make an income from the sale of their music, which was spreading the costs of other things around. So now shows and merch have to pick up that slack.
He is fucking much better singing Cro Mags than John Joseph actually
