This is the learning environment I would be honored to work in. Great forward thinking!

I would love to work in a school like this. Students enjoy what they are learning and are intrinsically motivated to learn.

I admire the tutors for building the right mindset for the kids to learn and wonder if it will be good to invite a real professional in the field they working on such as designer, linguist ect for an after noon to give them feedback and open up Thier horizon more am sure many professionals would love and volunteer Thier time maybe one afternoon to share Thier knowledge with the kids for free, you can then build a list of volunteers so time pressure is not on one. This will help the kids 1. Feel proud of what they did without specialized knowledge and to appreciate that that is just the begining and they respect professionalism and in-depth knowledge of something if they choose to go further you know they have the right attitude to learning and excelling, some might even years later go and work with the professionals who visited them. I know a girl who architects visited her school, years later she decided to study architecture, years after after working with other ppl she contacted the firm who came to her school and said hey.... Well she is working there now and qualified as architect while working with them.
