Tube flies have become all the rage over the past few years for steelhead fishing, especially in the winter! This style of fly was originated by Tom Larimer, and makes for a pretty straightforward tie that keeps it's shape well in the water and is easy to cast. Makes a great trout swing fly as well in more trouty colors like olive, black, and brown. Tie a few up!
