Although, we think it’s crazy but we have to understand that no single person in this universe is alike !your eighter follower /leader or a copy Cat!! 😂 People get food from water because water is meant to take up space in the body so you can eat less. Also cold temperature water expands the stomach it stretches the stomach so room temperature water is best for the human body. Because when you really think about water and the natural creation of watcher the temperature doesn’t go above a certain number. When human beings add ice it takes water to our entire different level it also messes with the normal temperature of human body. So be very careful with the intake of ice cold water and eating ice. Because I eat sonic ice or Chick-fil-A ice like no body’s business😂 I’m tryna slow down on eating soft ice bits! It’s hard!!! Pray for me to stop 🛑 They know me so well at the sonic in Burleson where I live Texas sometimes I’ll roll through with my Nissan Altima my white car. They know what I need before even I roll my window down. 🤦🏽♀️Now, that’s bad! They will look at me through the drive-through .they say a large cup of ice and I’ll look at them laughing they give me a large cup of ice. 😂 Because I don’t eat chicken when I go to Chick-fil-A to get either waffle fries or lemonade or sweet tea. When I order their drinks I get no ice in my drinks. I always get ice on the side so I can just eat it. But Chick-fil-A lemonade is prepared fresh every day so that’s why I like their lemonade. Their waffle fries are cooked in peanut oil that’s the only reason why I eat waffle fries from there.
