    13:12 How would a real person on a helpline be any better in the situation of the lady who couldn't access the serial number on her TV? A very poor example.

      No, a real person could understand the problem and try and find a way around it.

    Misleading title.
    The podcast contains NO suggestions for "outsmarting AI chatbots", whilst the title uses the plural "best ways", leading to an expectation of at least 2 ways to "outsmart an AI chatbot".
    Very disappointing and a waste of 38 mins of my time.
