You need to use another method.. try using message and then type youtube.com and send to any number and it will bring a link then you click it.if it shows update you need to factory reset the phone and start again

your phone is loced you cant call any other number but emergency.. just dail the number and cut immediately it doesn't have to go through

thanks for reaching out.. to fix the issue you have to reset the phone again by turning it off and holding the following keys volume up+home+power
