Can you write down the key sequence for reste the hard disk? I have one that stop hard disk working.

With the service remote or Harmony remote, at 4:45 I explain the two button sequence and when to turn off and on the unit. 1) Power On check on screen error message, 2) power off, press ESC, press PRUN. Hope this helps!

Thanks dear friend I manage to Fix my Sony RDR HXD920 hard disk error. Have to format it. I "press and hold" the blue HD button. Thanks!
