How does the right foot brake the momentum? I can feel the hips open, and arms and shoulders swing, but do not understand how to brake with the right foot/leg. Could you explain please?
The right foot getting to a rolled in position with or without the heel slightly off the ground and staying quite will restrict the body from wanting to continue to turn, come out of posture and it allows for the arms to move independently of the body through the release. Then it will rotate up onto the toe as the arms get outside the hitting area.
Is this brake also the signal to make the throw movement with the right arm and wrist? Or should I start it right before releasing the right foot break?
Yep, it should start at the same time the brakes go on. Just make sure the shoulders are steepening up gradually through contact to keep the arms/wrists moving enough to keep some leverage on the shaft for stability in the club face.
Absolutely brilliant as short and relatively simple instructions I easily learned to do. Love this for warming up, practice during round when waiting and just great concepts. Thanks
My thought about the trail foot braking is that it goes up on its side, knee moves toward lead leg, which then straightens into an immovable post. Correct or not?
I can hit the ball somewhat straight but i have a problem with insanely high loft and "casting" in my downswing. I did all the reps and everything from the 4 video series and i went to the driving range the other day for the first time in over a month and after filming myself i went back and compared it to my "old" swing and nothing changed. Extremely frustrating.
And this is the reason why I would ALWAYS suggest students use a coach in the process of change. Joining my website and getting 2 virtual lessons per month with ME, literally is the cost of a dozen pro v1's. I could have coached you in the processes to make sure you were challenging yourself the right way, giving you things to look out for and adjusting your protocol to get you ready for hitting balls. Change does NOT happen quickly and unfortunately old movement patterns will not ever die off, that is scientifically proven. New movement patterns take a long time to construct and need to be handled with care by practicing properly and challenging the subconscious every step of the way. Here's a good deal, come over to my website and sign up for a free membership, then shoot me an email (from the description) and I will give your account 1 free lesson so I can take a look at things and help you the right way. I understand your frustrations and I do all that I can to help people get to a better place with their games as I will with you.
Thank you for the feedback. I work really hard to simplify the complex movements in the golf swing. I will work on less complexity moving forward. Hope you have a great rest of your weekend.
Need better visuals pointing out how the banked trail foot stalls the hip rotation at 45 degree in that split second. I know what u were trying to show but it didn't come thru that strongly.
Well, I have good news for you. Here is a detailed video of the right foot action that I did: ruclips.net/video/szzRv4qdkcg/видео.html This video was designed to be a feel based video I wanted you to see things quickly and then start developing your own "feels". The right foot video I linked is going to give you the closer look so you can be more detail specific with it.
Is it me or probably 90% of us should consider having that last swing you did as our full swing? Given most people's mobility and all the extra bad movement we add trying to have a bigger turn, I think most of us would hit the ball just as far if not further and much more consistently...
Yep, the last one is really a good place for a lot of people to build their games around. Most have a hard time committing to it though because it feels like there is so much more fuel in the tank to burn up. Most hit the ball further in a good 9-3 swing because the sequence and contact is just so much better. Great question👊🏻
Yep...use this video if you're early throwing it: ruclips.net/video/y_yS26-leTE/видео.html and use this one for a little more stability in the release by changing the timing of it: ruclips.net/video/eyaaLLyYesU/видео.html
Heyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy Mark...thanks for the feedback. I appreciate it and sorry that you felt like 10 mins was too long when it comes to golf instruction. I will work on tightening up the message in the future. Wishing you and your game the very best.
Talk Too2 much. Concise and persuasive talking is the best sales technics. It is the opposite here. That said, most RUclipsrs don’t really know how to talk effectively. Wasting viewers time.
Thanks for the feedback Ronny. I will work on being more concise in the future. I wish you the very best with your game and hope you have a great rest of your day.

Thank you sir.
Thank you for watching.

You make it look so easy. When I grow up I want to be like you. 😂

@@MyGolfDNAare you actively doing anything with your left hand/wrist through impact?
At speed, no, Im trying to keep wrist function as minimal as possible.

Thank you Frank. Great to see you and I hope you’re doing great.

Yes, that is correct. You still need a good post on the lead side. Trying to keep the thoughts minimal.

Respectfully, possibly one of the most complex methods ive seen.

@@MyGolfDNAOk Thanks. Saw the video (trail foot bank + hip rotation + lead side post up). Amazing how this also controls the spine angle
@@MyGolfDNAShould this be also combined with the figure 8 weight/pressure shift drills? Anyway thanks for video!

Que?
When I do the lead arm only swings it looks great, but as soon as I put my right hand on the club, all hell breaks loose. Any tips?
