There is not even audio, how do you know for sure what they are saying? A one minute clip does not determine anything. There was no money proved to be there as well in the first place, they still have not proven that.
It depends on the state you reside in. (Right to privacy) My 1 friend (in her 30's) committed a state crime, 10 years later her curfew is still 9pm) :-(
