Yes, that is a 1975 XS650B. I had the same one with the same colors. I think that was the only color for 1975. Kind of a heavy bike with a lousy electric starter. I always used the kick start.
Those were very popular machines at the time here in Washington State and now in big demand for the motor for Bobbers. I tell you here it is hard to find those really old machines at a fair price ,those would have cost around 1209 Dolaars new.Those were gutless piles in my opinion my 78 kz 650 would leave those twins in the dust...lol.
