Poor Soph...bless her. I've had panic attacks all life. I even had them when I was a young as her....although I didn't know what they were at the time. I still have them, but I know the things that trigger them and I know when one is coming...I can tell the early signs. I have medication if I need it....but I rarely take it. Sometimes, just knowing that I have the meds if I need them is enough to keep the attacks away. Hang in there, Sophie!
