A Simple 2D Urban Flood Modeling

This video shows you a simple example of 2D urban flood modeling which commonly used for flood risk study. The model was performed by using PCSWMM 7.4. The mesh type and resolution for the channel are hexagonal and 5 m, while for the floodplain are directional and 3 m respectively. The finer resolution then the more detailed results can be obtained, with a significant increase in simulation time.
