Dirang to Tawang. 2nd night in Tawang.
Bomla, madhuri lake, sightseeing for 1 day. 3rd night in Tawang.
Tawang to Bhalukpung. 4th night in Bhalukpung.
Bhalukpung to ghy.

Private or travel agents charge Rs 500 per person for 2 wheelers and they charge around Rs 5000 for four wheelers. Most hotel owners do this permit work if you ask them to do.. so the same day you reach Tawang your permit work can be done and next day you can visit Bhumla. So you can save a day.
