The original shock absorber was in good condition. I haven't had a problem with it. I just wanted to see if it would make a difference with Bitubo. The difference is really big when going over bumps. The stability of my Vespa GTS 300 has increased significantly. I am happy with the upgrade.
@@fitness-fishing-s.kovachev ok, cool. I just made a similar investment to my Vespa after my mechanic recommended it to me. I haven't tuned in the suspension, but from what little I could gather on my short drive home it felt better over bumps.
@@roonaar Did he change only the front shock absorbers or the rear shock absorbers as well? I've only put in a front Bitubo and plan to change the rear shocks at some point.
First, adjust the shock spring stiffness according to your weight. Then, by turning the little wheel to the left or rights you can adjust how quickly the shock Bitubo reacts.

Worth the upgrade with a Bitubo front shock for the Vespa GTS 300. I guess the Vespa Primavera 125 would also be a good upgrade.
You should use a rust and corrosion protectant on your undercarriage. It looks like it's corroding. This will make last as long as possible
