according to Vic himself the next update will be a visual effects overhaul with muzzle flashes, tracers, and lasers, Minigun support (and possibly rocket launcher support too). The update after the previously mentioned update will be recipe support.

@@Coliflower185there's already currently a mod that adds both gun kits and ammo kits to craft up your guns and respective ammo
you only need to make the guns class kit (aka handgun, assault rifle, sniper rifles, ect.)
then make an ammo kit
and have a mod that lets you switch between a recipes different possible crafting in case anything shares a similar recipe and overlaps, or, in this case
lets you choose what gun under the class you want, or what kind of ammo you're trying to make

I have already started making a S.T.A.L.K.E.R pack with the AKS74U done already along with a Makarov PM, AS VAL, and Berreta M9. I am also going to start working on a WW2 pack. I can't wait to release it too. It's a pretty fun hobby, I recommend going into it!

Sorry to ask, but can you add shader compatibility or would that be too complicated?
@@a-a-ron7243 Shader compatibility is not in our power. The shader incompat happens because of Geckolib. Asides from that, though, if you disable entity shadows in whatever shaderpack you're using, I've been told that works. If not, try disabling shadows in the shader pack in general

I like that it's less clunky than VMW. Although no attachments, no customization 😢.

That button on the side is known as the Forward assist... It's basically useless since no one actually uses it. But the idea is forced the bolt closed. That's what that button basically does.

6:49 If I recall correctly the main difference between the AUG and the AUG HBAR is that the HBAR is in a LMG configuration, by which I mean it has a longer barrel and is designed for sustained fire.

Already made 15 guns for an addon for this gun mod, ain't that crazy.
The button on the side of the ar's ar for jams. So if your gun jams you press it several times so that the bolt re-inserts the Casing/Round into the chamber. This makes it easier to eject by just pulling the charging handle. 😁

Timeless and Classics still remains my favorite GUN mod, since it's so simple yet cool, YES I KNOW ITS NOT FOR LATEST VERSIONS OF MC, but I'll stay at 1.16 or 1.18 just to have TaC. Especially when they add back all the stuff from previous versions with new animations and models! Also, TaC too have some community addons now. And million more are well under way.

it's on newer versions
and has already got confirmed things coming in the future
like better visual effects and then recipes after that
plus it's made in such a way that people can, with some effort, add their own weapon packs to it and use the mod itself as a platform for those new weapons
plus vic is making his own weapons and updates for the base mod naturally
so as it stands, maybe, maybe not, but in the future it could not only just rival it but be far better

Honestly my biggest problem with the classic vic's mw is that It was insanily resource intensive (because of the amount of content and models), so It basicaly was a "crashing the game" machine If you Computer is old

that 'thing' on the m4s is called the forwards assist it's only job is to push the bolt forwards this may be because of a jam or dirt
if you want to try a new mod there is radiums armament. it has good guns good animations and better zombies. but its on bedrock. still bedrocks best gun mod in my opinion
