Hi, Roger. I watched the first episode of "The Acolyte" and I must be brutally honest: it was an OK start overall for me--neither bad nor good nor great, just OK--despite a few good moments I adore and the music score that I love. 6.5/10 overall for the debut episode. I'm watching episode two and will give it 6.5/10 as well. 9/10 for the music score for the double-episode premiere, though. Of course, more power to:
1. Those who love it.
2. Those who hate it and are done with all generations of "Star Wars" and of the Walt Disney Company for good.
Keep up the good work!
For what it's worth, I think the Canadian spending requirement will be relatively easy to meet. Most of the DCOMs, Moana 2, Monsters at Work, Dino Ranch, PJ Masks, Spidey and His Amazing Friends all are local spending.

I really enjoyed the first 2 episodes of the acolyte. I was completely surprised! There were definitely some hit and miss aspects of it but overall, I’m definitely looking forward to more soon.

Agreed! I hope Skydance's acquisition of Paramount would be on the condition of replacing J.J. Abrams and Alex Kurtzman as "Star Trek" partners with anyone who understands that franchise from the start.

And remember, Skydance is own by former Disney/Pixar animator John Lasseter. And I heard that Don Hall is leaving Disney to go to Skydance. The rest of the former Disney employees are now heading to Skydance as well.
So what are they doing are they bringing inside out to Disney Plus on the 14th or not of June

Something fresh and new, yet very Star Wars in its key themes.
Amandla Stenberg deserves so much credit for creating two very distinctly different characters in mannerisms, posture, movement, voice and all round attitude.

Who promised you that? Disney has been saying since day one that Inside Out 2 would be in cinemas first.

The person you heard it from is wrong as it won't be coming to Disney+ on June 14th,.that's its cinema release date. Disney haven't changed anything.

I can’t stand Star Wars drama anymore. It’s so annoying I think! There’s kind of a reason why I’ve unsubscribed to most of those RUclipsrs like Star Wars explained, stupendous wave and especially Star Wars theory. The first 2 were fairly fine but the latter felt more like clickbait for the most part too. That’s just me anyway. Star force one is amazing though!
You not the only. I checked out the episodes. So far its good.
But, that didn't stop them bashing the series for whatever reason they can think of. I guess they still mad about Sequel Trilogy issues. 🤷
