Do you have problems making passes at the track and the clutch burning after a few passes ? Bought a 05 gsxr1000 previous owner said it had the Brock's clutch mod but mine has the adjust bolts still on it. I noticed it deleted those
sincere214rv they're supposed to be deleted because they are not needed. As far as burning wise watch my videos from August till now. I've had nothing but clutch issues as far as blowing thru them until I just recently put in a stage 1 snow flake lockup. The 05 06 gsxr 1000s don't have enough surface on the clutch plates and ends up burning thru clutches. That's why everyone switches to 01-04 basket and clutch.
@@125jaymecc "drilling holes for more oil flow" guys whyy cant ppl like you be closer to where i am so i can get my busa upp and running better..got an 05 with fi light staying red all time and it drinks fuel as a viper and is weak in power as my cbr900rr fireblade from 93,,couldnt be more then 130 hp.. could it be that the previos owner didnt use premium fuel,,could that have something to do with the fault it has now...

How do you like your grips over the stock grips?? I bought some of those same grips but I just have not installed them yet.
Hayabusa1340 I loved them when I had them. They were very comfortable but I ended up switching to rubber atv style grips for weight purpose.
Do you have to drain all the oil first? I know the instructions say to but I’ve heard some say you don’t have to
No you dont have to. Just lean the bike on its side far enough so oil dont come out when you remove the cover.

@@DRKKNTRACING have you tried drilling extra holes for more oil flow. K5 only haze 3 open unlike k7and up.

After install what would make rpms go up from 1 to about 1.5 when clutch pulled in
Sounds like there is drag from the clutch when the clutch is not pulled in
