Bulba Saur I think so. Chris mostly says the same things in every ending. The only thing that's different is if you hit Josh, or he's the sole survivor. Like at least with Emily you can get a good or bad side of her, depending on her relationship with Matt. See, that's the problem, they focused on a relationship with Emily/Matt, but not Chris/Ashley as much, even though they're probably the most popular pairing in the game. Ash mentions Chris, but Chris doesn't mention Ash. I'm still thinking that people are just lying about an ending about him mentioning her, because I have found NOTHING, and no one seems to want to upload a video or screenshot, or ANYTHING as proof, so I think it goes without saying, no proof = not true.

i think if it was a movie, the only survivor would have been jessica because that’s good for the plot: she knows basically nothing about what was going on and is too traumatized for anyone to believe her words about a monster. this way the mystery remains unresolved for the public
My second favorite (Ashley) and my least favorite character (Emily). Ashley is probably the most misunderstood character in the game along with Josh. I don't like Emily because she's selfish. She only called for help to save herself. She is pretty much the only character that does not risk herself to help others.
Steve Mcclasky jessica....but to be honest she would probably try to save Mike if you could but she's not selfish in that way she probably just didn't have enough screen time
LaurenEpic26 Diamonds Charitable is Emily's lowest trait and according to her stats she is the least charitable out of all the protagonists. Charitable is one of Ashley's highest traits by comparison. Ashley can risk her life to help others multiple times. Emily only does if there is something in it for her.

I had this dream that there was a sequel to until dawn and if you get the ending where Josh is turning into a wendigo then the police trust the gang so they make them go in the mines and make them get clues.
That was such an interesting ending! D: In the end all the characters were kinda horrible...Sam and Mike were my fave...and I Chris too...but he was aggravating at times...and once Jess got a huge fright and started being herself, more docile and nicer I liked her more... And Em was just a bitch. But this ending where she's regretful is interesting.

I've seen on other videos, Emily be remorseful towards Matt being dead, Emily be bitchy towards Matt being dead, and Emily be bitchy towards Matt being alive. What i haven't seen is Emily be not-so-bitchy towards Matt being alive. I have a theory that in order to trigger that, Emily gives Matt the flaregun, Matt always agrees with Emily and tries to save her, Matt falls into the mines with her when the tower collapses, Matt uses the flaregun to prevent his death via the metal hook, and Emily is bitten since she doesn't have the flaregun. Then get the two of them to survive the rest of the game. But, maybe there is no police interview where Emily is glad about Matt being alive?

+IslaKariese In my playthrough I actually had Matt question and interrogate Emily when she was hanging off the bars on the ranger tower and jumped instead of saving her. I still got the her "concerned" ending. I think the only time I sided with Emily was when she had her fight with Jess near the beginning.
I know it's like 2 months later from my last comment, but the easiest way to get "Save Emily" is get Ashley killed by opening trapdoor, and if you move on the very first dont move, Mike gets hurt. So make sure you have Emily alive. And that will trigger "Save Emily".

When I played it, in the part that Ashley and Emily are running, Emily is behind Ashley and she doesn't hit her. Can you explain me how did this happen?
That happens if you avoid Emily getting bitten or conceal the truth about the bite as Ashley. That way, Emily won't be pissed at her, therefore she won't push her in the part that you mentioned.
I actually like Emily because she's kinda like my personality. I'm just not that much of a MEGABITCH xD! But there really has to be a character that is expected to be hated and I like her for how successful that was.

I just noticed that it says mike died before sam in the credits but he didn't during the game in this series of events.
If sam doesn´t die, that´s mike real death. But if she does die, mike´s still alive to blow up himself and the lodge
