I took admission in BVICAM . Aur sach bataun toh nimcet ab overhyped lagta , mostly bacche nhi nikal paate. Even humara ek friend ne GEU me admission liya uske senior ka highest package 85 lpa gya , avg package wahan 10-12 lpa hai . I am just showing you reality NIT ke allava bhi clgs h jahan acche package jaate par wahan ki fees bhi fir jada hoti . BVICAM ki 4 lakh h , NIT ki 6 lakh aur GEU ki 7 lakh around. It's not worth it to go with the BCA+MCA route (if aiming to get placed) . If you have a choice, just go ahead with BTech. If not, the journey is tough in comparison, but you aren't at a dead end. All the best!

What about those who were not able to get good colleges during jee and had done BCA , MCA from NIT is a great choice to grab high packages on the campus as the majority of big firms won't even look at your resume if you have just done BCA except you are exceptional in coding. 😅

I am from Andhra pradesh. Here no body give NIMCET exam after Bsc or BCA. very less students like 150 -200 give exam. No coaching centers are there for NIMCET in my state. They are not interested for spending again 3 years after Bsc or BCA.

If you're interested in the IT sector, you should definitely consider pursuing an MCA. It will at least fulfill the eligibility criteria for many companies. Well there are many startups opening every year. So, Job Opportunities are sufficient.

Not very hard, you can go for mca from good college with good placements and polish your skills to get a job.
