Great tutorial! It's also very useful that you explained the difference between the compute options. I always wondered about :)

Thank you. There are a lot of small setting like compute options that have big impacts on the design flow.

Well thought, using the fact that To Object extrusion only applies those extrusions that meet the destination object. I liked the workflow a lot!

I would not use this for a commercial product workflow but for hobby projects it's useful :)

@@KristianLaholm This is great! Is there a different technique you would use in a commercial workflow?

Ingenious. That is such a great technique.

That was super helpful for a project I'm working on, thanks for sharing!

It looks that the updated Fusion has an "Extend" property that must be set as "To adjacent faces" for this to work!

Thanks for pointing it out. I think they changed the default for that setting some time ago, and sometimes Fusion remembers how you did it the last time in the same session.

I am in my second month learning F360 and I am overwhelmed at the power of the software and how many different ways something can get done. In simply terms if i start out with a shelled box what is the best approach to create the same repeating pattern for each wall.
Would i need to create sketch and extrusion for each axis or is their an easy way to reuse the pattern.
    Thank you in advance.

If you have symmetri you only need to make 2 sides of the box, but it will take time. If you want to make the pattern line up around the design be prepared to spend a lot of time testing different dimensions.

Hello, I completely redid the exercise
When the last rectangular pattern is validated with the adjust parameters 14:15, the entire cut is done instead of being limited to the patch?
    Where is my mistake?

Check the extrudes @8:42 that you have selected to object and the surface body as target.

4:25 to this point our work flows are identical.
