Fun fact: Deeromm Booker won the price is right in 2009 and from this year he was the 3rd african bowler to win a pba title (major) Congrats deeronn!!!
He got a couple of lucky breaks. But it does take some luck to win a title. Also he either struck or went nine spare the entire game, and made all his spares. That’s pretty darn good
Booker threw all decent shots and left easy spares. He got good pin action on a strike, and a crazy messenger. On those 2 strikes sure, in his favor. But he also crushed the pocket and left the 9 pin. So I'd say he got lucky on one shot
He won 8 matches in a row to win the titles so he had some good breaks along the way but you have to some skill to go with it. He definitely got skills

DeeRonn yessir! We all had a watching party in ABQ, good to see some history being made!
That’s so cool! I was thrilled someone from New Mexico, much less ABQ won. Especially being lower rev like myself, I was so happy.
