This has been the most wonderful experience in my RUclips/streaming career. I cannot thank you all enough for sharing this with me. Reading everyone so excited over me playing this wonderful game has made me so happy. Thank you again and I cannot wait to see what adventure we go on next!
At the beginning, this game feels like you're in a foreign environment, alien landscape full of unknown. As you're leaving, you almost want to cry launching the rocket because of how much you managed to make it feel like home. I absolutely love Subnautica.
Man i actually teared up at a point when u were saying bye to everything. I first watched jacksepticeyes playthrough of it years ago back when i was like 13-14 yrs old when life was simpler and all i did was watch videos and play games and him ending the game made me cry. Now a few years later being almost 20 with life changing so much im rly thankful that i got to re experience this game again with you and a community like this. This game holds a special place in my heart along with you and Jack aswell. Thank you for this
Assuming you didn't go to college, welcome to adulthood and the real world. It can really suck if you don't make enough money and have friends to have good times
I’m going to be real insym, this series got me through the week. Emotionally, I’ve been having it rough recently, and after each day filled with stress, I spent 1-3 hours just watching these videos, and I’m glad I’ve watched the whole thing, thank you.
If you finish the game without activating the radio before the cure you will save the sunbeam. The Sunbeam will radio in and say there is too much debris in orbit and they will send help . Old ending was patched where they still get shot down.
I love this game, and loved this series. I’m so glad you got to the void without it being spoiled first, as the ghost leviathan surprise was probably the funniest part of the play through. That or you being on the reef back, saying you feel safe there, then looking up to a reaper right above you.
This is one of my favourite survival games it’s been a blast watching you play this and seeing you experience everything this game has to offer and I’m glad you enjoyed it. Thank you for the video, take care ❤
That moment of seeing the planet as you leave us tear jerking. I think it was 2014 or 13 the era of indie game galore, RUclipsrs started playing this new early access game called Subnautica. It was so bare bones but it was fascinating cause it was something people have wanted for a while, a full underwater game. For years the hype was exciting, said RUclipsrs made videos about almost every update and tried so many fun things with the game. Eventually though the hype died down and after some time, I think by 2017, it was feared the game would never come out. Then one faithful day the game came out, and everyone was so excited. It was revealed in a letter from the devs to Jacksepticeye that the dev team said they almost went bankrupt 3 separate times but the passionate RUclipsrs and community members kept them motivated and able to get the game out. It was a rough journey, the game itself was hard to make, a lot had to be scrapped and bugs still cause issues. The fact the game even works is a marvel of its own honestly, I’m sure underneath it’s held together with glue and popsicle sticks. I’m so happy this game got to be released and has become a Titan of survival horror. Love it so much and glad you Insym enjoyed it so much too. There was a good bit you missed so it’d be fun to come back to it someday and cover some of them. After you’re done with the series you should look at history videos of the development of Subnautica and the concept art. DONT look at concept art until you play Below Zero, there’s some ideas that didn’t make it into Subnautica that they did use for Below Zero. Lastly there are some hard mode mods and great mods like Return of the Ancients that really spice the game up.
I’m so thrilled that you loved it. It’s magical sharing in that experience with you parasocially 😝 And this has been excellent to have on in the background while I’m at work (I work in a costume workshop so it’s a lot of sitting and crafting) I also agree that you should play Darkwood. It’s an amazing game. Very scary
I remember this game. After my Great Grandfather died I played this to feel better. I finished the game then I moved on to Below Zero. I love this game, I always have.
as someone who as played this game countless times spending over 200 hours on it, it is awesome to see an amazing content creating complete their first playthrough, it is always an experience for a first time player
My favorite Subnautica playthrough so far, I’m crying a little and I have to rewatch until you play Below Zero - what a ride, loved to see you experience the game for the first time ❤
Subnautica being one of my all time favorites, it was fun to watch you experience and fumble about with such joy. Eager to see your dive into Below Zero after those other two titles when you decide to get your feet wet again. You're in for a real treat.
2:49:46 Agreed, it's a steady crescendo of total jaw drop. Tysm for playing this, @insym; I'm too scared of deep ocean to do it myself. Incredible game, hell of a ride 🫡 💕
The farewell to the cuddlefish actually made me emotional, even positioning Nemo to see the sunrise was so sweet omg. And Insym tying up all the loose ends soothed something in my soul, it was so satisfying
When they say to look into the cameras, they tell you in a car to look into the side mirrors or the middle mirror; essentially to look back. The UI telling you where the submarine got hit is like when you get hit while driving a car; you know by feeling where you got hit, but you don't have visuals until you actually look back.
I am so glad it paid off, I am still way behind from a video watching standpoint but I have so much good content lining up my way for the foreseeable future haha! Ty a lot! And while I am not the biggest fan of Subzero compared to the OG Subnautica, you still have this to go through before you're done with the franchise!
You did a wonderful job with this series, Insym! It was a pleasure to watch the highs and the lows, the successes and the fails, and everything in between 😊
Watching you experience this fantastic game has made my week. I think now I'm going to go replay it myself, once I finish this video at least. It's so good.
Yea it it. I recently started playing again after playing about 1h and getting terrified by a reaper Leviathan and quitting. Just finished my run yesterday and it was amazing. Looking forward to my own and your below zero playthrough
Man this series brought back some serious memories. I’m so glad you played it, took me awhile to get through all the vids but I’m so glad you enjoyed it! Can’t wait till you play the second one!
2:15:30 I just keep coming to watch this....Ahhh this is so wholesome I can't get enough of it....of this game ....God...I am also dreaming about hugging Kelvin and Virginia and telling how much I missed them 😂....I am going crazy, man, over this game 😂❤❤❤ Thank you Insym for making this game so wonderful....without you the experience would be so different....you made this game so memorable for me ❤ Thank You ❤
Same here, literally just finished last one & I was so sad where last ep ended then realized he just released this one. Yay! Happy friday (or Saturday, if you're across the world from me) ❤
1:25:23 The big hole your cursor is pointed at is the entrance to the Lost River. We call this the blood kelp entrace. Easy to locate since you have a beacon for lifepod 2 , extremely spacious and the cove tree is closer via this entrance.
Always enjoyed your content, but this is by far my most favorite thing to watch that you've done. So happy you got to experience this game like all of us before you and it was an absolute joy to watch. Can't wait for you to play Sub-Zero and if you didn't already know Subnautica 3 IS confirmed in development!
It's been super fun watching you play and discover this game! 💙 The ending made me tear up, such a sweet way of finishing this great game! Oh and you made me finally play it too 😁
I absolutely loved this series, the mix feelings it gives you, the various emotions it makes you experience are just absolutely amazing. And experiencing it through my favourite streamer/youtuber of all time, I just couldn't ask for more. Thank you for this incredible adventure!!
So happy that I was able to experience this LIVE. I cried during my first experience ending the game and I cried again. Thank you for letting us join you on this journey, Insym. It was truly a pleasure.
This was a ride, I loved every minute of it. Subnautica means so much to me. I fulled played through in both VR and desktop modes. Keep up the good work insym
Thank you Insym for sharing almost the full playtrough on youtube, even I can't see your streams online most of the times, with these videos I feel like I don't lose the most important moment. And I really love your style as you play these games, you are a very unique streamer. Cheers.
I beat the game last night for the first time. I had so much fun. I built myself like 5-6 bases throughout my playthrough. The big one was on 'gun' island just for ease of access. My second biggest was actually in the lava fields. The game is gold. Watching you play through this has been a treat.
There is a form of event, incase a realy fast player or a creative mode player disables the gun b4 the sunbeam arrives, you will get a msg that they cant land due to a debree field. what chat said was true in the beta, but now they changed it
If you want another emotional rollercoaster with the game that will make you feel things and stays in your heart forever, you should try Persona 5 Royal.
i was actually crying laughing when you were releasing all the predators at once and then again when you were trying to rescue the gasopod LOL. thank you for the amazing playthrough!!! you brought me many many smiles❤️❤️
I watched the whole playlist a year late, but I have to say: thank you for this journey 🥰 I watched so many streamers playing subnautica, only a few had so wonderful streams like you did. The way you were genuinely excited about the story and the gameplay was amazing. Thank you for this, @insym ✌🏻❤️👏🏻
This has been absolutely awesome Sym. I watched this on stream as you played it and it was an absolute blast and it was great to revisit it here. Too many highlights to mention but the Ghost leviathan scare has to be one of your greatest YT moments.☺ Looking forward to more adventures with you here. Thank you so much for sharing Subnautica with us all.👍
I just watched this entire series in the few days as a celebration after completing my finals. This was such a gem. The ending was so emotional! My laptop would never be able to run Subnautica, so I can't play for myself, but it made me so happy to watch you play. Thank you for the amazing content!!
Every now and then I come back to this play through just to experience it all over again. I love this channel and the content produced, but nothing has ever really hit the way this journey did. It was and still is truly so special.
I agree with the joy of sharing amazing gaming experiences either by playing for an audience or watching someone try it the first time. As someone who's struggling with games lately, I love experiencing them through people like you. Either it be an older game I love, or a new I'm curious about. Thank you!
Insym, thank You so much for the whole journey. I watched every little second of this playthrough. I haven't had that much fun in months now. I can't wait for your Subnautica: Below Zero playthrough and I really hope, that when you do, you will love it as much as you did the first game. Once again, thank You.
I loved this game when I played and I loved to watch you do your playthrough. And since you now finished the game, I highly recommend jumping into a game with a map open and checking out some areas you have never explored, because they are just as beautiful, as everything else in this game!
What an absolute, rollercoaster of joy, comedy, love, fear, and passion. This game is still nothing short freakin incredible! Great to see it again but through your experience. What an awesome journey seeing you play Subnautica through for the first time. Thanks for playing this game for us!
what an amazing playthrough! i was always a bit behind regarding uploads but looked forward to watching it every day ❤have to admit i'm a bit emotional now that it's over but so excited for everything that's to come in the future!
I bauled my eyes out watching you say goodbye to everything. Your appreciation for the little things that I might overlook is what continues to draw me to your content. Thank you for sharing this game with us :)
Thank you for sharing your first Subnautica experience with us, Insym! There's something so special about this game and I'm really glad you enjoyed playing it. You played really efficiently. I procrastinated going past the ghost leviathan in the lost river for a good 10 hours, just building a giant base in the shallows and running away from my problems.. Definitely a good idea to take a break before Below Zero. You gotta let this one settle in your mind before jumping into another aquatic adventure!
I was teary-eyed near the end. I'm so glad you shared your experience. And (arguably most important) that you got to play with the Cuddlefish! 😉🥰 I'm excited for your play-through of Below Zero, and I'm completely understanding of the wait. Best of luck streaming!
after watching your streams I decided to play it through myself. Never have I been that sad that it was over. Definitely missed things so that warrants a second play through. I even saw a Reaper fight the sea emperor
What a great journey. I love how you enjoyed the game. There were so many deja vu moments from just watching you play. Like the ending, I basically didn't want to leave the planet :)
I loved every single moment of this series. Just as you said, when you play a game that you really enjoy, you want to share that experience with others. I played and finished Subnautica over a year ago and was very happy to re-live the experience again, watching you enjoy the hell out of it, just as I did once. Thanks so much for that bro! Can't wait for the Below Zero playthrough.
this was insanely fun to watch all the way through..im glad to see raw experience like this and im glad you stuck to your guns to experience game that way and didnt give in to some shinanigans in chat
It took me 40hrs because I went and build 3 other bases other than the main one. Main reason just to build a scanner for easy mining. Thanks for playing the game Insym. It made me play it as well. Though I did had to stop watching your uploads for a week because I want it to be spoil free. To be able to compare the path you took and mine made watching your videos more enjoyable!
Finished my game yesterday morning and felt so god damn sad. Wanted to go back just to build stuff and explore, never saw one of the leviathans and a couple regions. Thank you for uploading the entire series with minimal editing. Literally binged all day yesterday as a way to not leave this game just yet. Also taking a break before I begin Below Zero, Borderlands taught me that binging one into the other burns you out and kills what is otherwise a good experience. It creates a sour first impression that becomes hard to overcome even if you take a break and go back to it way later. I left my bases in tact, freed my fishes and like you have the headcannon that if someone else comes here someday, they will know that at least one pod made it. The person/people who survived were able to thrive on the planet and eventually were capable of leaving again. By then I would hope that the sea life was able to escape past craters edge after the ecosystem recovered from Khaara. Life would have returned to reefs and islands all over the planet and the immense depths past craters edge would once again hold immense leviathans in the darkness. Never mind the number of Sea Emperors that would have made a resurgence. Could literally be it's own game.
I remember playing Subnautica right from the start of their early access period. It was something that really captured my attention from the start and it means so much to me even now. Watching people play and experience it is such a treat, and i cant wait to introduce my children to it in the future
It's been an amazing journey to watch my favorite RUclipsr play one of my favorite games. I'm very impressed about how effectivly you played the game. I even learnt alot from you like always picking up resources even though I don't need them yet. It's sad that Subnautica has come to an end now, but it will be fun to see you move on to Subnautica Below Zero in the future.
I loved this series so much and it has been a pleasure watching this series as it is a great change from phasmo and it braked my heart this is the last video.
This has been the most wonderful experience in my RUclips/streaming career. I cannot thank you all enough for sharing this with me. Reading everyone so excited over me playing this wonderful game has made me so happy. Thank you again and I cannot wait to see what adventure we go on next!
Thank you so much for sharing this experience with us!
I've watched every episode and loved every one. Thank you ❤ 😊
Do Below Zero next!!!!!
We ❤ u, insym! Tysm for the content, this has been an awesome ride

You know what they say "hate to see them leave, love to watch them go." This was so great.
I've just gotten to the end of the video and I did cry.
I’m going to be real insym, this series got me through the week.

They have slightly changed this too, you have to do it by day 23 I believe.
I've never been this dedicated and almost obsessed about a yt-series! Loved every moment of every episode!
I love this game, and loved this series. I’m so glad you got to the void without it being spoiled first, as the ghost leviathan surprise was probably the funniest part of the play through. That or you being on the reef back, saying you feel safe there, then looking up to a reaper right above you.
It's still so funny to me that back in the first episode you actually found the beacon but you didn't have a scanner so you never scanned it 😂
This is one of my favourite survival games it’s been a blast watching you play this and seeing you experience everything this game has to offer and I’m glad you enjoyed it. Thank you for the video, take care ❤

Man that chill on your skin when you hit all the switches and pull all the levers as you are about to leave.
This was such a great series. I'm gonna miss it so much. I hope you return to this game again!
The farewell to the cuddlefish actually made me emotional, even positioning Nemo to see the sunrise was so sweet omg. And Insym tying up all the loose ends soothed something in my soul, it was so satisfying
Watching you play this game made a lot of my days. So looking forward to enjoying Below Zero just as much!
this was an absolutely amazing journey insym, hands down best playthrough om this channel 🙌
When they say to look into the cameras, they tell you in a car to look into the side mirrors or the middle mirror; essentially to look back.

The quote at the end of the game makes me cry like a baby every time. Thank you for playing this and sharing with us. ♡

Loved the series! Really enjoyed your journey
That was amazing, you are the best Insym. This is probably my alltime favourite Series on RUclips now
This was great to watch, love these kinds of games but no time to play myself so nice to watch someone who appreciates them while I go to sleep.
This has been the BEST series playthrough I have ever watched. Insym, you rock. 😄

LET'S GO ❤❤❤ just finished last episode, perfect timing
what an amazing playthrough! i was always a bit behind regarding uploads but looked forward to watching it every day ❤have to admit i'm a bit emotional now that it's over but so excited for everything that's to come in the future!
I'm so glad that I got to watch this journey with you. Watching you play and experience everything for your first time was a real treat.
Brilliant gameplay, thank you for taking the time and playing through. Can’t wait for the next blockbuster series!
I absolutely loved watching you play this game! I've never heard of or played Subnautica before, so I'm very glad to see you enjoy it!
this was insanely fun to watch all the way through..im glad to see raw experience like this and im glad you stuck to your guns to experience game that way and didnt give in to some shinanigans in chat
Have a great day
Finished my game yesterday morning and felt so god damn sad.
I completely missed these streams, but watching this entire series was such a good time, going through this wonderful game again!
