By locking out the tension goes to the joint instead of the muscle, which obviously is not a good thing. For example if you lock out while performing squats your knees will suffer

LOL i am like RON! I commute 2 hours a day and I am 32years old and work full time. Oh yeah married with 3 kids. I hit the gym at least 4 times a week. I did not know what pre work outs were till i found you guys and now they save my life. Thanks for the videos they are very motivating for me.

I can't imagine that fast locking out at the top is good for your joints. Your elbows almost flare inward with weight and it takes tension off the chest. It's kind of like when you were pulling with a wide sumo stance, you may pull more but you aren't getting the full stimulation throughout the rep. Dylan has really good reps all the way through. Sean Mathew there's no way he gets 3s to 60. It's RWD and even if he has Pilot sport 2's on it, there's no way he's shaving 1.2s of a 0-60 time. It's probably something like 3.9 or 3.8. 3 seconds is more or less on the absolute limit of what a RWD car can do. There's only a few RWD cars that do lower than 3s and they're mostly HyperCars with stupidly wide 335 rears or something. Not a tuned heavy sedan with 265 rear. Tuned or not it's still bullshit.
