so you mean to say that the extra force of the spring on the brushes causes sparks, i just bought a set of new brushes and they still spark while getting very hot, will try your jugaad and see.
@@rksahu11nothing ! The motor I've used uses a different mechanism for the attachment of carbon brushes with small springs ,that's why a loose spring is used . Look at your armature ,if the metal parts which slides over the carbon brushes are very scratchy or seems to be used rather than it's life, you may need to change them !

Try replacing carbon brush if replacing carbon brush won't work you can try replacing armature
