I sorta based it off the cutscene after the fight because it shows what Kuwana was thinking, but yeah it would've been way better if they showed what was going through his head before the fight
The music from Ryu ga gotoku studio games are literally made to sync with the gameplay. It's a big shame that most of the time they don't sync the dynamic intros. Glad we have you to do that tho ^^

Another idea to make the last one more impactful is at 8:15 , if that scene also potray Yagami's side of the view ; when Kuwana's first view is Sawa-sensei's lifeless corpse , for Yagami , that's the last thing he thinks off. The first one should be from his several first cases

It truly is one of the biggest L's I think RGG Studio ever copped when they didn't recognise the sheer sexiness of Akiyama. But also yeah dumb that he was a protagonist for the previous two games in the timeline then just gets demoted to NPC lol
I’m fine with Akiyama being an npc in 6. Can’t have him possibly taking the spotlight from Kiryu in his final game. The real crime here is Akiyama not being in 7/LAD.

Just having flashbacks before the fight was a nice touch. It really does remind of yakuza kiwami on how during the boss fight with nishiki. Great job bro keep it up

If I want to make the footage look nice I'll probably have to layer two separate recordings on top of each other but it's better than nothing. Thank you for this knowledge though it will definitely help me out in the future
I haven't finished LJ yet so I won't watch all of them, but MAN, the Higashi one was ABSOLUTELY SAVAGE, and same with Kanji Koshimizu. Those two were so damn good, but as I say, I can't comment on the LJ ones yet... I'll comment back here when I finish the game.
Alright I just finished the game and damn, these were sick. The sync with the last boss fight was absolutely insane. All those scenes before Kuwana threw the phone were absolutely amazing. Well done man.
The Koshimizu one syncs so perfectly that it almost makes me feel the cutscene was intended to be that way. Kiryu's punch perfectly syncs up with the pause in the music, the zoom in on his and Koshimizu's faces both line up with a note, it's perfect
I appreciate the effort to really try and fine tune these little things, I don't really see why it should be criticised so hard. At the end of the day I think both this and the vanilla experience are great in their own rights. Especially in that last one, I really like how in the actual game the mainline kicks in at the moment you take control, but your version is an absolutely brilliant tribute to Kuwana and just the entire story in general in just a matter of extra seconds. Editing really can make or break it and I've said it before, you really know the nuances. also DAMN RIGHT MY BOY HIGASHI IS FORKLIFT CERTIFIED

I respect the effort that all voice actors put into the game, but it just doesn’t click for me. Same with ghost of Tsushima, if a game takes place in a certain country I want to hear that language for the best immersion :)
