The biggest problem with this series was the MC is the gag that would not stop being repetitive in running himself into the ground by not making choices
@@ltk7309 "Running into the ground" used to be related to aviation where pilot error or mechanical failure literally causes a plane to crash. Nowadays the phrase just describes any situation where something is driven to the point of failure cuz of excessive use or poor management It's basically an idiom, so don't take it literally. Although, you can interpret "running into the ground" as someone tripping due to running inefficiently, if you want to view it literally. forgot the part where his parents died fighting to seal an evil trickster god and now that same god is breaking free so its Cain's job. Really if anything the pantheon of this anime is carrying on the tradition of being dicks.
I never understood that particular trope. “Oh, we can’t get involved because we’re gods. So we’re going to give some human godlike powers and hope he fixes all our problems!” What’s so important about this “non direct interfering” rule that they couldn’t just go down and stop the evil god from being evil? Or even in any manga where gods summon some guy to solve problems an evil god is causing.
@@Death2all546 I saw an illustration of this in literature once. When an acknowledged deity intervenes on a world, it causes a great deal of side effects and unintended consequences. The deity in this instance took a pebble from the ground as an illustration of this, and threw it into a lake. By the time the pebble hit the water, it had become a boulder. However, a demigod, or a god that has not come into his full power, does not create these unintended consequences, especially of the demigod was born on that world, and/or is still growing up. If the gods of Cain's world came down, it would probably cause the instant release of the sealed god. The fight between the gods would also pretty much destroy civilization because of the power levels involved. Think of what Cain can do now when he lets loose, and realize that not only is he not at full power, but he is still below the combined level of the other gods. This is a common trope in fiction, and it can even be seen in our world's mythology to a point.
@@marksebree5218 Setting aside whether that’s true for other manga/anime aside (since they never elaborate further than using that as a reason to give mc op powers to do stuff for them). And by the time they realized sending him directly to the place he had been tormenting from afar made it worse they basically said “we have to stop him, but it’s against the rules for gods to solve the world’s problems! @@coreymarshall229The reason why isekais are common is because they're easy to make. You don't really need to put in too much effort to make a fantasy world with a rudimentary magic system. For those who say "this protagonist is blander than a cardboard paste smoothie", here's something to consider: the purpose of an isekai is to a) indulge in an escapist power fantasy for the creator, sure, but also to b) showcase the worldbuilding and civilizations inside that fantasy. The setting is as much a player in these stories as the main character, and oftentimes more developed, and that's to have something for the characters to be measured against, and have conflict with, throughout the story. How two sets of 'common sense' overlap or obstruct each other, how the protag is stronger/smarter/more skilled than everyone else, such things are meaningless unless you can establish a standard by which the outliers of the MC can be compared to. And if done well enough, the audience may start to imagine themselves in the same world, even the same scenarios: "I would have done such-and-such" "Why don't they just kill off So-and-so", and so on. At that point, the main character just gets in the way, so them being boring alleviates that particular problem.
I disagree, you can absolutely have both incredible world building and interesting characters at once, and I can think of many animes that do this where I am so much more engaged in the story (enraged with or agreeing with the MC, imagining the world being my world) than in animes like this one.
I like this MC. He is depicted as an energetic child with great power. He gets his other world memories from a more physically mature, but not completely developed person, but still generally behaves as a child in most situations which generally accounts for all his personal troubles. This is much better than MCs who begin at 4 or 5 and act 40 and are left unsupervised constantly. It makes for interesting and realistic character development. Ryoma from By the Grace of the Gods is similar. He was much older but put in the body of a child and unknowingly begins to emotionally regress to behave lest like a stoic old man and more naturally as a child of his current age. This makes moments when he becomes emotional much more poignant and shows he is healing inside. Cain’s previous persona can’t suppress his childlike self which constantly gets him in trouble and embarrassment mainly due to his childlike lack of restraint.
Totally forgot about this show. I think the funniest thing was Cain constantly getting yelled at lol. It's always nice to shut your brain off and watch something silly but entertaining.
I just noticed the main character look like royalty while the other kids are dressed like commoners, i thought they would have like a school for commoners and royals, something like that.

I honestly was liking the series up until near the end where everything turned into an MC circle-jerking contest. Like ever thing was literally "Cain! Cain! CAAAAAIN!" while praising him so much is was actually obnoxious. There was 12 episodes of showing how OP he was, you don't need to keep selling how amazing he is right up to the last second...
Isekais do take on inherent terrible story telling flaws but if done well they are able to combine genres and communicate stories in a fun way that would otherwise be dusmissed in more traditional genres. I cant help but hope to be surprised. Sometimes they do well sometimes they explain fantasy politics for 80 episodes. Can't win em all
He is from a noble family (I think a count) and the king and duke Eric here know him already after he saved their daughters, so... It's not so bad written like Misfit with Anos where they don't remember stuff shortly later, etc
@@danielhopkins2277iirc in Misfit the Final Boss has basically used some sort of Uber Magic on the World to constantly reinforce the ideas of Anos being a nobody and all his accomplishments being worthless. Personal loyalty can counter the effect mostly because of his proper Title, which references his unique power and station (basically he can Destroy ANYTHING), which is also incidentally why his parents stopped being affected with his auspicious birth, and why his followers are also freed from the ongoing effect when they sign up. So the entire setting of Misfit has been pretty much under the Infinite Tsukuyomi for at least the past thousand years. And the Gods of that setting absolutely*loathe* the Demon Lord of Tyranny, so they didn't bother enforcing their usual Edict regarding mortals breaking out the setting's Heavy Editing Tools.

This anime/manga is so cliche and it’s getting annoying. The MC is such a pushover to the point where I don’t see the appeal anymore. I love isekai, but this entire series is him being pushed around by a bunch of girls, scolding him for every little thing he had either no control over or had to act on due to danger. But because they (the girls) don’t see that, they just yell at him and he sits there and takes it. And that’s like half of the series. Like, stop with the “his only companions are 500 girls” when as a girl I don’t even see the appeal of someone with no backbone. It’s like he’s an abused 5 year old, not a potential love interest. I feel pity more than anything 💀
@@brindleface9316 I went through my list the only one that fits the bill is Isekai Shikkaku. An Isekai, not much of a historical one, but the MC wears traditional Japanese attire (maybe that counts). It's a story about the MC chasing after his girl that he isekai'd with, just that she arrived in the other world earlier. Not much romance on the early part of the story but maybe it'll improve later on. The combinations you provided is a bit tricky for me to give a rec on so at the very least, I'll rec some that are relevant per genre Historical; Gintama - Comedy anime whose humour relies a lot on the straight man + idiots act along with parodies and absurdism. Youjo Senki - Man reincarnated as a girl partakes in wars to go against Being X (something like a god). Vinland Saga - This anime starts with a lot of action and later turns into a lot of self-reflect. It's makes people go "I have no enemies" Romance; Netorare Manga no Kuzu Otoko ni Tensei Shita Hazu ga Heroine ga Yottekuru Ken - A dude reincarnated as a cuck, so he tries to AVOID cucking other characters. It's basically anti-NTR. Uchi no Kuro Madoushi ga Kawaisugiru! - A teacher who somehow could read the mind if an ill mouthed boy and what he says contradicts with what he actually thinks. It's pretty cute. Isekai; The Greatest Estate Developer - Kim Suho reincarnated as a trash noble and tries his best to get a lot money and live a lazy life. 99% of people hated him from their first impression. Literally only one person didn't think negatively of him upon their first encounter. Trash of the Count's Family - Kim Roksu reincarnated as a trash no me and tries his best to get a lot of money and stay away from harm to live a safe life. It's very similar to Estate Developer, but it's comedy is light-hearted, less intricate, less to no romance and the MC isn't hated by the rest of the cast unlike Estate Developer's MC. Both are pretty good. I Got a New Skill Every Time I Was Exiled, and After 100 Different Worlds, I Was Unmatched - The manga hasn't gone past the first world yet but if you read the web novel, world 3's lore is similar to Fate Grand Order 3rd Singularity Okeanos and world 4 is similar to Zero no Tsukaima. I haven't read past world 4 but the way things are progressing, the author is probably going to write similar settings so I guess you could call this the Isekai endgame. I've never read any regression. Sorry As compensation, here's one of my favourite manhwa, Ember Knight. It's about a guy who's trying to exact revenge for his brother. He's pretty weak, below average even, but he makes it seems like he's strong. Kinda like King from One Punch Man, except he's 70% skill + 30% luck in contrast to King who relies purely on luck. Also, I didn't want to write whole essays so I tried to keep it as short as I could.

It’s a nice change of pace going to a more goofy angle after watching some other stuff. But either way, if you man don’t like it then that’s fine. Don’t try to force your opinions on others.
So nice to see an overpowered main character not turn evil like Overlord.
Overlord was trash
there's so many of these that I didn't remember I had watched it until 30s in
0:54, BIG MISTAKE TEACH!!
Keep it coming Mr.youtuber.
I wish they animated manhua isekai stories too.
The curious part is that the teacher referred to him as a commoner child, even though his father is a lord 🤔
I was surprised that Cain didn't hit Claude with his sword when he turned to leave.
Kane is the future god of games
Finally a mc who isn’t a jerk
What have you been watching if you're glad to finally see a decent MC
how many episodes is the anime and how many chapter is the manga? I like stories that are long
uses fire bullet, summons a supernova
Yes!! His clothing exactly looks like commoners
If vanilla were a person
so, a flamboyantly dressed kid is a commoner? then what about all the plain dressed ones?
This doesn't seem to be on crunchyroll where can i watch it please?
we need season 2
Is there any update abt it?
@pradeepg4965 no
This anime was so fuckin good, this is 1 of the anime. That absolutely had me out of my seat, pacing around the house 🤦🏽♂️ I’ve searched & searched for more anime to make me feel that way. It’s a very hard search, I absolutely don’t give a flying FUCK! What y’all think abt this anime, im nearing 26 years old. Have been watching anime since before most of yall fuckin kids were born, which was before 2000. I’ve probably watched at least 9,000 anime’s. Even shi I don’t like, but this was good in my opinion. So don’t go giving me ur shi ahh criticism. That I don’t wanna hear, isekai will forever be my favorite anime genre. & this isekai made my Phuckin day bro
"when too powerful when entering...." gosshh what a title 😂😂😂
I honestly was liking the series up until near the end where everything turned into an MC circle-jerking contest. Like ever thing was literally "Cain! Cain! CAAAAAIN!" while praising him so much is was actually obnoxious. There was 12 episodes of showing how OP he was, you don't need to keep selling how amazing he is right up to the last second...
Name of anime
Isekais do take on inherent terrible story telling flaws but if done well they are able to combine genres and communicate stories in a fun way that would otherwise be dusmissed in more traditional genres.
I cant help but hope to be surprised. Sometimes they do well sometimes they explain fantasy politics for 80 episodes. Can't win em all
Where can I stream this anime? I dont see it on Crunchyroll.
Look for The Aristocrat’s Otherworldly Adventure. It is on US Crunchyroll for sure.
Isekai anime always be the S-Rank
Name please
People hating this haven't watched the Villainess series 😂
why did you cut it that bad? Like at 0:58, he refers to something that you cut out. Why didn't you cut that part out too?
Kelime sörfü ❤😊merhaba
When I see this fire it look like Dragon Ball z all over again
Interesting how they didn’t act as if that was somehow a fluke and put him in the weakest class
Why does it look like it was animated by toddlers in half a day >.
Translated Title: The Aristocrat’s Otherworldly Adventure: Serving Gods Who Go Too Far
What is the name of the anime?
Loved this show.
Same
I really like the first season of the shield hero..
I'm ok woth OP character if they deliver it like Saitama. Their too OP that it become a gag moments. Focus on other characters that will be interesting. Which is why One Punch Man is interesting.
Yea they wasting their money animating this shits

😭Why can I NVR FIND these on CRUNCHYROLL??!!
Most of isekei they making are from light novels so i like evh one of them except the the once that switch gender of the main character
error 404: proper English not found
This anime/manga is so cliche and it’s getting annoying.
Yo what's your favourite genre? I'm bored so I feel like giving recommendations rn.
@@zulzul-c1r historical romance, historical isekai/regression or both together.
it's what I've been hooked on lately.
The combinations you provided is a bit tricky for me to give a rec on so at the very least, I'll rec some that are relevant per genre
Historical;
Gintama - Comedy anime whose humour relies a lot on the straight man + idiots act along with parodies and absurdism.
Youjo Senki - Man reincarnated as a girl partakes in wars to go against Being X (something like a god).
Vinland Saga - This anime starts with a lot of action and later turns into a lot of self-reflect. It's makes people go "I have no enemies"
Romance;
Netorare Manga no Kuzu Otoko ni Tensei Shita Hazu ga Heroine ga Yottekuru Ken - A dude reincarnated as a cuck, so he tries to AVOID cucking other characters. It's basically anti-NTR.
Uchi no Kuro Madoushi ga Kawaisugiru! - A teacher who somehow could read the mind if an ill mouthed boy and what he says contradicts with what he actually thinks. It's pretty cute.
Isekai;
The Greatest Estate Developer - Kim Suho reincarnated as a trash noble and tries his best to get a lot money and live a lazy life.
Sorry
As compensation, here's one of my favourite manhwa, Ember Knight.
@@zulzul-c1r Lots of good stuff there, I've read almost all of them. Ember knight is really good, I've read it under the name ''The knight of embers'' but i think it's the same one, by Hwangdaeng.
the isekai you recommended is more what i read (I've read all 3 xd). other favs i have is ''Into the light once again'' (rebirth-my 100% FAV) and ''The Reason Why Raeliana Ended up at the Duke's Mansion'' as examples. When i think historical it's more european esque ones, but i liked apothecary diaries for example.
Thanks for the romance recs Ill check them out! The historical ones are more action like, but i've seen their animes at least^^
Also read solo leveling its best
Anime name in English?
This was so dumb...how did no-one notice that he was a noble and at the wrong gate/entrance?...sure he didnt give a surname/last name but look at the clothes he was wearing compared to the others :/
I only hope the woman's voice is normal
Well this isekai is topnotch unfortunately being shattered by harem
where is the english dub version!!!!
this is what makes Jujutsu Kaisen interesting.
What's the name of this anime
It's total shit anime , go read some manhua , solo leveling or watch redo of healer 😂
This plot is so similar to Wiseman's grandchild🤨🤨
... Why are all the teachers from a 90s anime?

I hate the voices of these anime Mc, when I was noob to anime I loved this kinda stuff but after years of watching and reading this kinda stuff makes me throw up Lmaoo
Why boring Mangas like this get Animated? Bruh there are Way Too Much UNDERRATED Mangas, Novel out there but dont get Animated 😭😭
Cain to op😂
Blue flames are getting boring, I wonder when we can have other colors? Like purple or green or golden.
I mean it’s a fantasy surely there are some magical fires that are not blue.
I want big cain now/̵͇̿̿/’̿’̿ ̿ ̿̿ ̿̿ ̿̿😶
Just search my instant death ability is overpowered hahaha, one of the worst isekai of all
もう、学校に通う必要はないだろ
😂😂😂
One thing I don't like in anime they promoting polygamy
I certainly don't like this kind of Isekai, if feels show off of how amazing the mc is in everything from the start. Tho I love genius mcs😕
This OP MC that so pushover and can't even decide for himself.
the ending sucks i was anticipating action packed fight a god vs a demigod
These type of anime have downgraded isekai anime. Anyone can write these kind of stories.
Why cant people just think not for themselves and think about the audience for once this isnt for a global audience its for the people living in japan i mean the large majority are people who are sick of the standards of Japan hence why they watch stuff like this and other "bland" aniime
Mehh another mainstream isekai
Slime is better
Kenja no mago but worse
🤣
