🤣 Lost it at the tuna! It's awful but somehow such a funny story!
Also, how did I know "shut up" would be the first rule?! LOL It definitely is mine too. A few words in the lowest voice is fine, but conversations? never!! 😆
Have you watched "Gravity" (2013)? I watched it in cinema and man! that was awkward! I was STARVING, had my food, but there's so much silence and tension that it felt wrong to make any noise, let alone eating noises! So I would just stare at my food, unable to eat it, so as to not annoy anybody 😂😂😂 I could only take bites whenever there was dramatic music 🙈🤣
Have a lovely week, as always!! Cheers!!

yessss i actually really enjoyed gravity !!! i didn’t except to like it because i’ve never really watched space movies; that’s definitely a difficult movie to eat to 😂😂
And literally 😅😅 it’s so predictable but it’s so important, just keep it down for everyone’s sake
      also!! here’s a question, i’m writing a video script:
what movie endings did you love, what endings did you hate, and why?
i’d really love your input - no rush at all, it’s probably for the following weekend maybe even later, thank you!! 🫶🏼🙌🏻

@@PavelTalks Oh that's such a cool topic!! I'm gonna have to give it some thought and go through movie titles.
At first I was thinking about plot twists, but even good plot twists don't always make good endings, specially if you wanna rewatch a movie, and now the whole thing is spoiled LOL
Then there are good endings that are heart breaking, but they're perfect for their stories; and there are happy endings where everything turned out right no matter how implausible it all looks, and how many plot holes were created 😆 So, yeah... Leave it with me 😜

@@adrianjimenez5827 haha it is quite difficult to think of examples; I asked myself this question and honestly my mind went blank lol, it's quite a difficult questions because so many factors are included - thanks though !! take your time !

@@PavelTalks Hey! Sorry it's taking me a while 🙈 crazy week plus I got a little ill 😷 But I'm ready now for my answer! 😁
The difficult part here is how much I can say without spoiling any films you haven't watched 😅; then, what we've previously mentioned, what is a good ending? Is it something that makes us happy? Is it something that takes you by surprise? Is it something that leaves no plot holes and you realise it's the best way in which things should've ended? Considering all that, I've decided to make two categories: good, and good sad endings 😆
      Good endings:
      1. - Les Choristes (2004). Goodness me! Such a sweet, beautiful ending, a love song for innocence and pure love. Loved it, and still moves me.
      2. - Eu Não Quero Voltar Sozinho (2019). Super cute, it gives you a glimpse into what the future holds, it ends all worries and anxiety from the previous scenes. Gorgeous ending.
      3. - The Hunt for Red October (1990). What a film! And the tension you get from those final scenes, it all comes to that very moment, you're on the edge of your seat and can't even blink!
      4. - Pride (2014). The character development from a whole bunch of people is the sweetest thing to witness at the end, you love a certain group and you just wanna hug them.
      * [realises this should've been an email or something, cause it's gonna be so long 😂] *
      5. - Nocturnal Animals (2016). Beautiful portray of a gentle revenge, regret, and the conclusions come in silence, in the viewer's mind and contemplation.
      6. - Whiplash (2014). Main character turns the tables, won't let anything put him down anymore, and triumphs with talent.
      7. - V for Vendetta (2005). Masterful, hopeful, all personal and collective stories come down to this one point. Just excellent execution.
      8. - Let the Right One In (2008). Shocking, heroic, and the start a new adventure. The kind of ending you wish you could watch for the first time again.
      9. - Casablanca (1942). Iconic, historic, stressful, hopeful. Shows the love and strength it takes to keep on going through the most difficult times.
      10. - Blue Jasmine (2013). Funny yet worrisome, open yet somehow finite. Could not have ended any other way, what a performance from Cate Blanchett.
      - Honorable Mentions: Goodbye Lenin (2003), Brooklyn (2015), Billy Elliot (2000), Addams Family Values (1993).
      Good sad endings:
      1. - Dancer in the Dark (2000). After breaking your heart, it takes the pieces and burns them in your face LOL
      2. - La La Land (2016). Still can't believe they played with my emotions with that "what if" sequence; still that makes the ending such a masterpiece.
      3. - The Cure (1995). Pure loyalty, friendship and the innocence of childhood making your heart break.
      4. - The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas (2008). What a traumatic ending, making you think of each individual human being who went through that.
      5. - The Talented Mr. Ripley (1999). Could not have ended any other way, yet you wish it would've. Absolute sense of unfairness, yet it's just the character you've been following along, doing what he's been doing, only the feeling is different. Wish I could say more but I'd spoil it so bad. LOL
Finally, bad endings: I struggle to find a long list. Bad endings usually come from bad movies, and life's too short to give them the time of day LOL
But, I can think of bad ways to end a story and that's by giving the characters a romantic ending when the plot had nothing to do with that. For example:
The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society (2018). What a stunning movie! Captivating, makes you love everyone in present time and in the past, you feel for everyone, yet... They somehow turned the last minutes into a romance. Like... why?! LOL Still a gorgeous film worth watching.
Other way of giving a bad ending is by not knowing when you're done. For example:
Elle s'appelait Sarah (2010). Beautifully heart-breaking, it reminds you of how evil can be, and has been, present anywhere. How innocent people's stories can be easily erased cause it's more convenient to pretend only some are the bad guys. There's a point in which it's very clear the movie is over, yet they keep on going 😅😆, feels like when a series keeps releasing more and more seasons, and it's no longer that interesting. 🤭
Sorry it took so long, and sorry I've written so damn much LOL But I hope this helps. 😊😊😊 Cheers!!
