Thanks for the video! I try to post a job for free. But the option to pick 'free' (at 8:06) is grey for me. It says that I have reached the limit for one free job post. However, we have no other jobs open on our page and it has been more than 30 day before the previous job was posted. Have you ever encountered this? If so, do you know how to solve this? Thanks in advance!
Best thing to do is visit the Jobs tab > My Jobs > Posted jobs. Delete out any draft or published jobs to clear the 'cache'. Give it a couple of hours then try and repost your new advert.
That’s great help! Thank you. You are correct hahahahahaha I do not have a “company profile” from what I would hire from --just perfect. So, I’ll do that first Thank you ☺️
Hey Stewart! I am having an issue at the end of setting up the job where it says "To continue, let’s confirm you work with xxx using your company email address. We’ll send a verification code to this email.' I work for the company in Communications, I am a Super Admin on the company page, and of course have a company email, and yet when I enter it the error says 'Hmm, we don’t recognize this as a valid email address for this company. Need help verifying?' - I can't find anything helpful for this scenario in Help Centre, you wouldn't happen to know more would you? Sarah
Can you make a video on how a job description details like mandatory skills, desired to have skills, star keywords for that particular job for exp sde job role. Finally, what criteria hr of employers shortlist candidates
The last time I hired for my company, the job posting didn’t go active until the next day. But what I’m seeing your, your job went live immediately you posted. How does that works real quick please?
Thank youuu! I have also seen a follow (Page name) button to be ticked at the bottom of filling a job application so that they are updated on the page's activities. I wonder how I can add that section to my Job posting application?
@@StewartGauld I had set a promoted job that has 3 days free. I don't want to keep this job promoted after that, because it has a cost. However, I would like to keep the job without promoting it, for free. Is it possible? thank you
Thanks for sharing. I have one question, in the applicant collection section, it won't let me choose how to receive applicants. It is current set to (by email). Any way to change that?
What if I don't want to post from the company page? And I want to post the job anonymously? I don't want my connections to be notified about the hiring post
Hey. I have been unable to post a free job offer since yesterday, even after having the previous job offer closed, deleting all drafts and clearing cache. Please kindly help me out and offer a solution.
If you have two or more pages that you manage on LinkedIn and you want to post a job for each of them, is it possible to do that for free? Or you can post just one job for free and the other one you need to promote, even if they are for different companies?
Each person can only post a single free job advert - even if you have multiple company pages. If you have another page admin on your other business, get them to do it.
In my case there is no website currently. And while creating the page for the company there was an option to opt if the company doesn't have a website to forward with that.
You can only post them from a company page. You don't have to associate your personal profile to the advert, but every job advert is associated to a company on LinkedIn.
Thanks for this up-to-date tutorial. It worked without a hitch.
Welcome!
thanks for sharing very informative video.
Glad it was helpful!
Thank you! There is a slight change now for navigating to the free job, but it is very easy to find, so your instructions are still valid.
Glad it helped! Thanks for the feedback.

Post a job link at the beginning goes straight to a paywall page forcing to select a plan....is this outdated?
You should be able to select the free option?

Could I select a country or target special audience for my jop post??
Yes you can!
Thank you for the clarification, but i wanna ask why i am not able to post several job posting?
You can if you use their paid service.
What does the network notification look like? I’d want to be discrete and don’t need everyone I know on LinkedIn knowing I am trying to hire.
IN that case your would not notify your network.
Thanks
Welcome 🤗
Hi can you please guide me how to post more jobs under my company name?
I have recruiter lite package.
Do I have to pay more?
Yes you will need to upgrade.
How do you include keywords as per job description, with certain experience like 3,5, 9 years experience.
You can add this when updating the requirements.
The last time I hired for my company, the job posting didn’t go active until the next day. But what I’m seeing your, your job went live immediately you posted. How does that works real quick please?
You might have to wait if you have a new company page or have never posted before.

says I need a business email before posting my ad, why can I not use a normal one?
Hey!
You will just need an email connected to your account.
Hi, how can I define the location if I want to hire in EU, but no specific country? i tried Europe, EU, European Union, but it’s not possible 😞
You will have to select the countries in the EU.
great vid, but do you know why linkedin are now limiting the number of applicants to 10 per ad?
You will need to upgrade to a premium plan.
@@StewartGauld I actually have the premium account, I will try and contact linkedin directly, thx for your help
Hi, thank you for the tutorial. Is it possible, once you set a promoted Job, to turn into free? Thank you

Could you please tell us who will see the job post?, Will it be only my connections or anyone doing job search on LinkedIn?
Hey mate,
Anyone. However, you mange who can see the job listing.
Thanks for sharing. I have one question, in the applicant collection section, it won't let me choose how to receive applicants. It is current set to (by email). Any way to change that?
Hey,
You will get notified on LinkedIn and via email.
2 questions
1. I cant see an option to select easy apply?
2. the posts i see have a seniority level, i cant see that option for me to choose?
Hey,
Have you been added by an organization?
What if I don't want to post from the company page? And I want to post the job anonymously? I don't want my connections to be notified about the hiring post
You will have to post from a company. However, you can choose to not notify your connections.
@@StewartGauld where will I get that option of not notifying my connections?
Good information Is there a limit on how many jobs you can post on LinkedIn
Yes there is a limit. You will also need to pay to post more.
We have payment verification section, and my payment details is getting failed what can be done?
Are you trying to upgrade your LinkedIn?
Hi Thanks for the info!
Do free LinkedIn job post expire in one month or can you have it free every month?

They changed policies in posting free jobs
Why it doesnt show under company page?
It depends on your settings.
No ,if you dont pay your post will not show on your page.Linkedin is a scam

I couldn't be able to post the job as it askes for the company email verification
Do you not have it?
What if the company doesn't have a website? What if the company has a website but doesn't give the employees a personal email id in that domain?
In my case there is no website currently. And while creating the page for the company there was an option to opt if the company doesn't have a website to forward with that.
Is there any way to post more than one job in a week for free on LinkedIn?
You will need to pay for premium to post more.
Is there a way to post jobs anonymously?
You can only post them from a company page. You don't have to associate your personal profile to the advert, but every job advert is associated to a company on LinkedIn.
No unfortunately. You can remove your personal page. Company will be visible.
Hey Mat,
Correct thanks for that.
How to get high paying jobs on LinkedIn?
