Hi. The imageCLASS MF3010 is a black-and-white laser printer and does not have the capability to print in color. When the toner is running low, the printer will show a message that says "TONER SUPPLY LOW". Unfortunately, there is no other way to check the toner levels. However, you can find more information about the toner at canon.us/3Qe7Lm5.
The machine says it's out of paper but I put paper in it. Neither is there any paper pieces stuck inside the machine. Unplugging and replugging didn't clear it up either. I reinstalled the software but that too didn't help. Is there a Canon online chat service? Can they diagnose problems from afar? I paid $150 for it so I should be able to get help.
