I just saw about 30 of them in the patuxent River between cape st Mary’s and sandgates. About a 40 minute boat ride from the mouth of the patuxent. It was July 13th 2022 at about 11:30 traveling towards the bay. I have a video but it’s not that great of quality.

Hello. I saw a group, approx 5 just north of Poole's island approx 7:30 PM 7/11/22. Very cool.
