It’s a rabbit hole. A whole book restoration/conservation is a tremendous amount of work. Perhaps a public library for the printing?
I ordered the ink so that isn't the problem, it is for sure a daunting amount of work and will take some time, and I need to be extra careful that each decision I make with it is the right one.
I think printing out and attaching those missing sections would be a real pain!! Good luck with however you choose to do it!
