The tears in Bob's eyes at the end are very touching. Naming their first child Chris reminds me of when Lisa was pregnant with Bob's first child she wanted to name him Chris. Of course they named him Tom. The years from 1986-1993 were the best.
I'm glad to see the full version of this clip that they edited for the 25th Bob and Kim anniversary -- it's just beautiful. The first few minutes of this clip are like an encapsulation of Lucinda's mania and sheer terror regarding Lily...
I thought the Bob's tears were very touching. The scene where they were discussing naming their child after Chris reminded me of the episode where Lisa discussed naming her and Bob's first child after Chris. They ended up naming him Tom. I started watching it in the late 70's on my lunch hour from school. I think the 1986-1993 episodes were the best.
I am so sad, right now, in 2011, watching this, knowing I won't see Kim and Bob ever interact again. Or see the brilliant Marland write. He connected people so well, stories, characters. And he worked with generations. Tell me, Gen Hosp, where the FRIG are Bobbi or Monica?? Robert Guza and Jill Phelps, Mr. Marland would have written for them, and quite well, I do add. RIP ATWT
