Idk if this is still an issue for you or what inputs you play on but if you’re on roller then mapping the 2+3 to your LB can greatly help with ewgf timings, might take a little getting used to at first but its simple and effective

Touching on Kaz, as you stated he has options, but you have to know/anticipate what your opponent will do, whereas other characters have options that cover multiple opponent choices without the drawback of crappy framedata
You can actually cover techroll after hell sweep by doing one wave dash into ff4. It’ll track enough to make contact. If you want another hellsweep or ff3 you can do an extended wave dash (f, f, n, d,df) and it’ll track just enough to land. You just need to be fast. The single wave dash into ff4 also cover all wake up options except recovery kick. That one is too fast but wavu into ws4 does beat that. Wake up mid and low kick will get hit meaty enough that you can do a full combo from them.
This game is so crazy! I've been a Kaz main since Tekken Tag and how you should use Kaz vs how I use him intuitively is so different lol. Thank you for sharing I'm def gonna lab these

bro i am hardstuck raijin as kaz so it did help me out a lot. i noticed pro players not using df 3,4,1,2 ender at the wall cause the oki is terrible. i would constantly give up my wall pressure and pressure after knockdowns but not anymore! this is all i needed. subbed for sure
That wall ender actually gives a good 50/50 setup as well, not as good as the tools I mentioned of course but it can work especially if you want damage. Thanks for the sub!

Question, are you using a regular controller or arcade stick? I feel like the arcade stick would allow me to pull off the wave dash much faster than what I already can but idk. Need some suggestions
kazuya has bad poking, it’s basically been his main overarching weakness throughout the series. you have to control space with movement more so than hitboxes. create space with back dashes, confirm knockdowns with 112, and punish whiffs with electric. instead of poking up close, keep distance and wavedash into range with moves like WR4 or DB4
having some trouble against tech roll into hopkick after my hellsweep, got any tips to deal with this. right now i usually try to cancel wavedash into electric but it doesnt feel that great to lose my wavedash pressure after they block my electric.
Even after a hellsweep you can do a okizeme I discovered it my self. Please give me credit next video. Only works if they don’t tech roll which many don’t after a hell sweep
Practice. Also you can use a thin piece of fabric over your thumb and this makes sliding your finger over D, DF, F faster because your thumb doesn't stick on the dpad at all
