for those wondering , if none of the stations have the cycle time you calculated initially (desired cycle time) , then the actual cycle time is the maximum time you have on any of the stations after balancing.
I will give you 1 lesson : Target/day : 4,500 pcs/day (8hrs). And only have 4 tasks such as : A(18sec)--->B(22sec)--->C(12sec)--->D(9sec). Please help me to balance....thank you
