Terry's angry "👊🏼GEESE😤" at the begin of the fight against his nr.1 enemy is hilarious. I love all those many eastereggs and secrets in the SNK games. You can tell the developers had fun and they were really motivated to bring out outstanding stuff!
Terry Bogard is my favorite fighting game character, and one of my favorite videogame characters overall, right next to Cloud Strife and Dante. I know it sounds very silly to say one finds a fictional character to be an inspiration, especially as an adult, but I really find Terry to be a role model. Resilient and fearless in the face of challenge, yet kind and warm to those he loves. A true gentleman.
Yeah he was going to be in 13 too but due to time limits they waited till KOF 14 to bring him in. Story wise it literally was "oh yeah Geese was planning on joining but the scrolls he was looking for were more important so he skipped the kof 13 tournament" lmao
If I had to guess, it's probably the backstory they went with later on in the series. It's just they couldn't put it in Street Fighter I, but around the time of Street Fighter Alpha Capcom probably felt like they could afford to include more story.
Imagine it being a copy and paste job (kinda) like Ryu and Ken track down their master’s killer, Sagat. Lol it’s crazy to contemplate what could’ve been
Damn, never knew Ken Ishikawa made manga other than the Getter Robo series. His art style just doesn't scream 'Fatal Fury' cause he tend to make the character rather plump but the way he draws action and storyline was the best Might look it up later
Terry Bogard is one of my favorite videogame characters ever, because no matter how much he suffered and much he sacrifies to get his goal, he's just a chill dude with a very positive outlook of life, he's really a role model for kids, at least that's why I always liked him. I've also bought Garou MOTW for so many platforms, I only wish we'll finally get a new entry. BTW now that I know about that japanese PS1 exclusive Real Bout game, guess I'll have to hunt a copy for it, I knew Alfred but didn't knew his game was region locked.
Not too long ago SNK had a stream revealing content from Garou’s cancelled sequel. Idk but I feel like that’s a sign we may see more from it in the future, or heck even seeing it completed
@@MoriyaMug Even if it wasn't lost, I can't imagine they'd be keen on completing and releasing a game that was developed for hardware from over 20 years ago. They'd probably re-do everything anyway. But they already have the basis for modern fighting games in their more recent releases, so a few tweaks to gameplay and the facelift that would already be necessary and it wouldn't be all that much more work either way- and when I say 'that much more' I mean in comparison of the 'lost data' vs 'not lost data' scenarios, not that it wouldn't be work at all. The biggest loss would be the story elements that they had nailed down already.
Geese just never died in the kof universe. The universe mumbo jumbo brought back villains at the end of kof 14. Geese was unrelated to that in kof 14. Oh and he still has the scrolls
Since he's based off if a Super Sentai character, Joe Higashi should get a Super Sentai skin as dlc. As for Blue Mary, there a naughty part for her if she gets knocked into the water in the fourth title Real Bout.
Fatal Fury 3 is my favorite game in the series since it's the one I grew up with (I still have the disk) but I plan on buying all the games with my tax return so I'll get to play them all for the first time. Thank you for making this retrospective. This is the second time I'm watching it.
Terry does just feel like a real guy. He’s the local guy on the street who’s willing to help out with anything or play a couple games of basketball with you, and at night he’s the guy you see at the bar hanging out with his best friends and girlfriend. He’s such a normal dude for fighting games and that’s amazing. I think we all know a person in our lives who’s just like Terry, and hell some of us might be the Terry of our towns.
I recently discovered your channel and boy howdy it's been fun learning about all of these fighting games that I've never picked up out of intimidation, mechanics and "cancelling" moves always boggles my mind and I can't wrap my head around it, but I think this video's got me convinced to pick up King of Fighters 15 next month. I wouldn't mind seeing a continuation to the Fatal Fury story.
That's great to hear. Don't be too intimidated by fighting game mechanics, all you need to do is practice them and you'll get it. And I agree, I'd love to see a new Fatal Fury installment. And unlike Capcom, with SNK there's actually a little bit hope that it might actually happen.
Just wanted to say that even if you're not a hardcore fighting game player, if you enjoy these character designs and lore and haven't played _Garou: Mark of the Wolves_ , you totally need that in your life... like yesterday. It holds up amazingly well (at least in my opinion) even nearly 20 years after its initial release. Even if you can't do all the fancy cancelling, the buttons and specials feel incredible (the first time you land Buster Wolf or Neo Deadly Rave... 🤌), and the character sprites and stages are bursting with personality.
Wish he had some of Vader's lines like "What time is it? What time is it?!", "I fear no man. I feel no pain", and best of all "It's time, it's time, it's Raiden time!!"
playing these games as a kid, and being a fanboy of Terry Bogard, i allways felt like the minority. but once i found out he was the literal MASCOT? no amount of SWAT could stop the amount of hype that i expressed.
I'm loving this series. Still hoping for a Bloody Roar-Retrospective as that series is highly underrated, And for series ranking it's the first game known in arcades as Beastorizer was decent not an awful game but still pretty good, 2 is considered one of the 2 high-points of the series as not only did the graphics, gameplay, and story/plot improved it also introduced into the series the popular mainstays of Kenji aka Bakuryu 2 Yugo's adopted kid brother, Shina adopted Leopard Zoanthrope daughter of ally Gado and childhood friend of Yugo, Jenny the mysterious British Bat Zoanthrope spy who seems to have her own agenda at times, Uriko now playable with a new beast-form of partially transformed into a Cat, Stun the Hercules Beetle Zoanthrope who was once human but was turned into his current form after his partner betrayed him, Shenlong the villainous later turned anti-hero clone of Long, and Busuzima the Chameleon Zoanthrope who was the one who backstabbed Stun and turned him into what he is now, who after losing to Yugo in the canon becomes a comical villain, 3 is considered the 2nd of the 2 high-points in the series though it is were the series starts to go off tracks with it's plot by going into the sci-fi/supernatural genre but still consider one of the best games in the series improving the aspects of graphics, and gameplay and reintroducing Bakuryu 1 as the robotic Khoryu, and the concept of Uriko as a Chimera Zoanthrope via her clone Uranus as unlockable characters, and introducing fan-favorite villain Xion the Unborn, Primal Fury/Extreme a canonical filler-side plot set after 3 is in the same boat as the first game not as good as 2 and 3 but still a good game and introduced the characters of Chronos the Penguin Zoanthrope who was a prince of a Zoanthrope kingdom, and turned into a Phoenix in Hyper-Beast state, and his bodyguard/caretaker Genesha a Elephant Zoanthrope, and for the Xbox version Extreme a exclusive character in the form of Fang the lead protagonist of the manga Bloody Roar: The Fang, and then later on after Primal Fury/Extreme's release Konami buys Hudson Soft and the rights to their properties including Bomberman, and Bloody Roar and this results in Bloody Roar 4 being the first title under the Konami banner and it's the worst title in the series taking massive step backs in every direction with one of the worst features being "Career Mode" basically in Career Mode you pick a fighter and go around fighting random fights and earning what's called DNA points in order to purchase special abilities, and special moves used by the characters on the roster in order to create your own custom fighter now before you say Career Mode is a CaZ mode a Create A Zoanthrope mode I wish as with how Career Mode works it would've been perfect as a fully realized Create A Zoanthrope mode but nope your custom fighter is one of the established characters on the roster, but to pour even more salt into the wound Career Mode is also how you unlock Shina, Long, Kohryu, Uranus and the final boss Dragon Ryoho as playable characters with Shina, Long, Kohryu, and Uranus costing 50,000 DNA Points each to unlock, and Dragon Ryoho costing a whopping one-million DNA Points to unlock now this wouldn't be so bad if it was just Kohryu, and Uranus costing the 50,000 DNA Points to unlock as they've been unlockable characters since their debut in 3, and Dragon Ryoho costing one-million DNA Points to unlock as he is the final boss so yeah it's going to take some grinding to unlock him but to cut Shina, and Long series protagonists who have been series main-stays since the 1st 2 games from the base roster and essentally forcing you to grind through the Career Mode just to unlock them is BS.
Terry has always been one of my favorite videogame characters. Probably for that very reason you point out; he's an everyman. He's just a guy. He loves to fight. He works when he can but is happy-go-lucky and just enjoys life however it comes at him. He's also a master trash talker when in the ring, and nowhere is this more evident than KOF XIII. Still, he's been stagnant and frozen in time ever since Garou. His KOF appearances have him locked, frozen in age, importance, and development. He can't affect the story in any great degree. He can't be the hero, and he can't change. This is evident in that almost every 'Fatal Fury' team ending since 2003 has been some kind of variation of the same idea played over and over again. For all his popularity may be greater today than it has been at any point... he's still 'frozen' as the mascot of SNK. And until they decide to continue his story in the next Fatal Fury game- SHOULD they ever decide to do so- he will only ever be locked in that frame. But... maybe that's not such a bad thing. With the way franchises and characters are being killed, characteristically assassinated, or subverted (just look what they did to poor Ken Masters in SF6) maybe be frozen in time while he was on top is the better outcome.
People say SNK ripped off Capcom... The plot twist is, the guy who made Street Fighter was involved from the get go and then Capcom actually stole all the more elements from SNK after. But as such companies should be able to borrow such things. Progression should go on.
Coming back here after City of the Wolves was announced two weeks ago to the general gaming public and boy am I so hyped to see where they take the story in this sequel to Garou 🔥🔥😆
43:08 I'd like to point out something here: fatal fury and KOF are 2 separate timelines since Real Bout and KOF 96 devs didn't communicate Geese AND Krauser show up on the same team, but Geese's legacy in KOF starts from 95 actually, other RUclipsrs like ShoryuGame have more on it but basically all you need to know is in KOF Geese is alive and works more from the shadows as opposed to fighting in battle in every tournament, he sends Billy to investigate and choose teammates (Eiji and Iori in 95, Mary and Yamazaki in 97, Gato and Yamazaki in 03, Solo Billy in XIII)
I know sometimes we often view pachinko machines as slot machines (which they are) they hype them up on the same level as an arcade cabinet. Let that sink in.
So here's my question: if Fatal Fury does return, is SNK going to continue the Fatal Fury timeline? Or are they going to retcon it to take place in the same timeline as KOF? Something tells me they might do the ladder, but who knows? Also, I just want to get this out there; if Terry returns for the next Smash, I want Geese Howard as a boss fight! Also Rock and Nakoruru as playable characters.
I'd personally want something either revamping the FF series, Somewhat of a prequel like Samurai Shodown 2019, or a series of games between Real Bout and MOTW. I hated how they got rid of the rest of the cast without any explanation as to why they went missing.
I kind of want them to meld both somehow. I want to see Mr Karate II / Ryo Sakazaki in the KOF timeline, as well as the return of Rick Strowd, Li Xiangfei, Alfred, Tsugumi Sendo, and Toji Sakata as playable characters in KOF someday.. As I said in my own comment in this video... Ryo, in my humble opinion as a fan of his and a fellow Karate practicioner, just looks more badass as Mr Karate II.
@@KamenRider1 I understand you, but I respectful disagree. I actually don't want any more FF/AOF characters thrown into "KOF" because they will be somehow overshadowed with very little importance by the KOF main characters. I would rather have another Fatal Fury, another Garou and another AOF where Terry, Rock, Ryo and the rest can have the time to shine.

44:00 This whole 'what power up do you want' did so much to make it cross boundaries with home gaming, like okay we want your quarters but we know you're going to be here everyday until you beat it. SNK was so good at what they did to be different in this era.
I'm way more of a Capcom/Street Fighter person but the Fatal Fury series is second for me. I actually think it's a better SNK series that KOF and Samurai Showdown.
Great retrospective on one of my all time favorite fighting game series. Ever since I first played Fatal Fury 2 at a local grocery store back in the early 90’s I’ve been hooked on SNK and it’s characters. Like you mentioned Terry and the gang just seem so much more like “normal people” with real personalities than characters from SF, MK, etc. They are a lot more relatable and down to earth. I grew up loving both, but I’ve always liked Fatal Fury more than SF simply because the games and characters were so much more unique and had more personality and “flavor” to them. Terry is my favorite fighting game character of all time just because he’s such a cool down to earth easy going guy who actually has a real personality.
From what I've heard (take it with a grain of salt), Garou Densetsu Premium was supposed to be a re-telling of the first Fatal Fury but with a more realistic setting and characters, like if it was some sort of "real-life action movie", hence why characters have more realistic designs (like Yamazaki actually looking like a Yakuza).
Too bad it's wasted by being a pachinko game. It would have been great if they retell the first Fatal Fury as a 3d beat'em up just like the Yakuza/Ryū no Gotoku games.
honestly, i wouldnt be shocked if they made garou 2. crazier sequels have happened, and theres clearly a demand for it among snk fans, it could totally happened
This is a really cool and well-made video. I've played a few of these games like Garou and the Real Bout games with a friend, but I really didn't know much about the over arching story and history behind them. I hope this series and your channel get more attention!
Wow. Just wow. This is now my new favorite video on the internet. Thorgi, this was absolutely amazing! Please never ever give up on making amazing content like this!
I’m hoping that if you’re planning to make a Darkstalkers retrospective video, you save it for October because, you know, Halloween. Also, seriously, 30 years. I mean, I figured the Fatal Fury series was old but not as old as Sonic.
This channel is absolutely goated, the passion and effort out into these videos is top tier and videos like these make me go out of my way to find as many fighting games as I can. I may be trash, and won't likely get many online achievements, but I still always have a blast. Channels like this have reminded me not only that fighting games are an old favorite of mine but also why. I'm mostly into RPGs these days but I've been loving going back through fighting game history
Fatal Fury has been my favorite fighting franchise since it first released, and Terry has been my all time favorite fighting game character ever. I watched pretty much all the anime I could find, all the books, the wikis, etc... And wow god dang I have NEVER heard of Real about Dominated Mind, White, or Alfred. WOW!
i like to see terry's character change in real bout as less of a retcon or them "finally getting the appeal, "and more of an actual, in-universe character development. he spent so much of his lift filled with rage and vengeance, but now through all this fighting and all the friends he's made, he realizes he doesn't *want* to be a killer, even if it's someone as horrible as geese. he just wants to be able to enjoy his life. that's why he tries to save geese. he wants to stop geese's plans, but he doesn't want blood on his hands. geese already died once, this is terry's chance at redemption. and it's a chance that geese tears from terry's hands, laughing all the way down. which makes terry adopting geese's son all the more meaningful-- geese stole terry's redemption, so now he's taking it back not through anger but through caring and love.
Alfred and White are so cool! And I actually like that end game mechanic where you have to jump over that last shot. It’s unique. They gotta release that one of these days
Theory about nightmare Geese. He used the phoenix scrolls prior to his official death where he does die from a skyscraper fall. Just that he’s more undead looking and that the reason why he appears alive and stable despite being dead was because the scrolls also allowed him to appear like he’s alive. That version helped him from avoiding ever going to work and used his will to give it to a “distant relative”. Which in reality. It’s Geese himself. Maybe he thought of giving the money to Rock Howard to make up for not appearing in his life.
Fatal Fury and King of Fighters were the franchises that introduced me to games. My earliest memories are seeing my brother play Real Bout and KOF 99 on the PS1. And if I was to bet, a Garou 2 is pretty close to becoming reality, is just a matter of time.
"This is Southtown, Their our know roolz." - My interpretation of what you said, factoring in the fact that there are no rules, including those governing grammar and syntax.
You, sir, are beginning to be my go to for fighting games retrospective I like the depth presentation but most importantly love and passion you show for fighting games when presenting this, keep up the good work!
Fatal Fury 3 was a failure on a gameplay level and on a financial level. The complex motions, some hiddens, the 3 differents plans, hitboxes... were too much, even for the time. SNK themselves confirmed that on interviews. That is why Real Bout 1 was created, to correct the mistakes that were made in FF3 asap, and at the same time reboot the story of Fatal Fury. It came out so fast because the FF brand took a big blow with FF3 and they quickly needed to try and fix it. Hence the re-used assets and also why it is less fleshed out on the side content ( stages, animations etc ). But it is a way better game, and the ring out system is fun. Real Bout Special is what FF3 SHOULD have been not counting the story ( great content, new graphics, lots of characters, easter eggs... 3 planes with a gameplay that is not broken). Real Bout 2 is... the best fighting game SNK ever created.
Real Bout Special is the best game in the series that still feels like Fatal Fury (and Dominated Mind is staggeringly good). Garou is amazing, but it feels much closer to KOF in gameplay than a Real Bout.
A few notes on the translation stuff: The dialogue is NOT that weird in Japanese. While it's similar to what their original dialogue is, the translation/localization they went with was bizarre and overly 90's. Geese's "pin-headed son of an ice-cream maker" in Japanese is just some generic insults about being pathetic scum, while "wubba wubba, I'm in the pink today" was originally just along the lines of "all right! Things are going my way!". SNK themselves do not know why Marco Rodriguez was called Kushnood Butt overseas and have even asked fans if they'd like to see his name changed back.
From what i remember hearing it was because there was an MMA fighter named Ricco Rodriguez who was out around that time and they didn't want to get sued so they changed his name.
@@dragonbornexpress5650 The US localization of their games was done entirely separately from SNK in Japan. According to the dev team on the Kaiserwave stream, they were completely removed from localization decisions, and don't even remember who was responsible for their English translations back then or why they made the decisions they did. Hence why they asked, on that stream, if Marco should get his name back, and when everyone said yes, they went and reverted it back in KOF XV. The MMA fighter thing is just a guess; no one knows the real reason why.
These retrospectives are my new favourite thing. I love the weird and wonderful history behind fighting games and anyone who shows rival schools se love has my attention
@@dragonbornexpress5650 i say that because if you go back and actually look at the story of fatal fury it doesn't even play out like a fighting game. it is actually the most well put together story of any fighting game with a very consistent plot. characters are very fleshed out and well written, great villians, plot development, even the side characters back stories are very much intertwined into the story. imagine fatal fury was a tales game like tales of legendia. it would still keep the fighting aspect of it like all tales game and it would sale massively.

It's meant to be "Bhat" which is a common surname in India but they mispelled it.
Geese never died in KoF, so the XIII paradox shenanigans don't have anything to with him returning. He just barely appears in the series
He was in 96, 98, XI, Maximum Impact and XIV though.
@@thegamerfe8751 and now he's in in 15
@@SolidSnake240 yup 😏
@@thegamerfe8751 Maximum Impact is apparently part of the FF timeline as Geese is actually dead. He only appears as Nightmare Geese.
Yeah he was going to be in 13 too but due to time limits they waited till KOF 14 to bring him in.
Story wise it literally was "oh yeah Geese was planning on joining but the scrolls he was looking for were more important so he skipped the kof 13 tournament" lmao
I wonder what Nishiyama's backstories for the Street Fighter cast, like, what was Ryu's original backstory?
I really hope that he might post on the original backstory, because that's one fighting game mystery down
If I had to guess, it's probably the backstory they went with later on in the series. It's just they couldn't put it in Street Fighter I, but around the time of Street Fighter Alpha Capcom probably felt like they could afford to include more story.
Imagine it being a copy and paste job (kinda) like Ryu and Ken track down their master’s killer, Sagat. Lol it’s crazy to contemplate what could’ve been
Always nice to see love for the Southtown crew's actual home series
It makes me happy that this series will live on after all!
How crazy is it to live in a world where we are getting a brand new Fatal Fury?
Damn, never knew Ken Ishikawa made manga other than the Getter Robo series. His art style just doesn't scream 'Fatal Fury' cause he tend to make the character rather plump but the way he draws action and storyline was the best
Might look it up later
23 Years Later
2022 Is MARKed. Wolves Never Sleeps
BRO!! I FEEL THE SAME I ALMOST CRIED LIKE A SISSY WHEN READ THIS I WILL BE JUST LIKE TERRY UNTIL I DIE!!!!!!
This comment aged super well
Michael Max is in KOF XV's South Town beach stage, you can see in the trailers
Here on finding out that Garou is getting a sequel 20 years after it was canned(a new Fatal Fury has been greenlit yesterday)
Not too long ago SNK had a stream revealing content from Garou’s cancelled sequel. Idk but I feel like that’s a sign we may see more from it in the future, or heck even seeing it completed
I would love to see it completed with the AVS graphics
Sadly, they reported that entire WIP build was lost. Garou 2 will never happen unless it's built from scratch.
Heh
They're fuckin doing it.
Fatal Fury really was a stepping stone to King of Fighters.
Geese just never died in the kof universe. The universe mumbo jumbo brought back villains at the end of kof 14. Geese was unrelated to that in kof 14.
Oh and he still has the scrolls
Krauser either if KOF 96 is an indication.
39:05 I love how the plot is just "they fight for no reason" but phrased in a way that makes it sound important. 😂😂
Watching this to prepare myself for city of the wolves
New Garou, baby! We will see Rock Howard’s story continue!!!
Since he's based off if a Super Sentai character, Joe Higashi should get a Super Sentai skin as dlc. As for Blue Mary, there a naughty part for her if she gets knocked into the water in the fourth title Real Bout.
I hope we get a Bloody Roar retrospective next! The series really goes unnoticed unless you're South American
Matt McMuscles did one not so long ago. I'd check it out. ruclips.net/video/0DEM0oate9w/видео.html
Aw man this aged well ;)
Fatal Fury 3 is my favorite game in the series since it's the one I grew up with (I still have the disk) but I plan on buying all the games with my tax return so I'll get to play them all for the first time.
And unlike Capcom, with SNK there's actually a little bit hope that it might actually happen.
bro why you here!!
you're on all the comments sections I am
i love you tho
Just wanted to say that even if you're not a hardcore fighting game player, if you enjoy these character designs and lore and haven't played _Garou: Mark of the Wolves_ , you totally need that in your life... like yesterday. It holds up amazingly well (at least in my opinion) even nearly 20 years after its initial release. Even if you can't do all the fancy cancelling, the buttons and specials feel incredible (the first time you land Buster Wolf or Neo Deadly Rave... 🤌), and the character sprites and stages are bursting with personality.
I wish Garou Mark of the Wolves wasn't the end. I was so excited to hear even more about the plot of Rock and his legacy.
Then celebrate because you got your wish.

@@Sheikplays
How can you not be? It's good to see SNK doing well.
Greetings from the future! Fatal Fury City of the Wolves is on the horizon.
The SNK fighting games consist of my favorite backstories in videogames in general. It's great to see you covering this,
Big Bear/Raiden was visually based on the late Big Van Vader.
Super excited, The rival schools retrospective was freaking amazing, this one might be even better!!!
@@derrickhaggardLucky you.
Well now we've got a new Garou game Greenlit. Let's see where it goes
@@doomvictor3934 You got your wish.

I'm just here after re-watching chunks of Thorgi's KOF retrospective and being super hyped for Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves
Those 'serious' redesigns from that pachinko machine were dope tho.
Wow. Just wow. This is now my new favorite video on the internet. Thorgi, this was absolutely amazing! Please never ever give up on making amazing content like this!
Think this might need an updated version when cotw comes next year.
I’m hoping that if you’re planning to make a Darkstalkers retrospective video, you save it for October because, you know, Halloween.
Also, seriously, 30 years. I mean, I figured the Fatal Fury series was old but not as old as Sonic.

Bro I just watched this video right after I saw the announcement for the new Fatal Fury
WOW!
i like to see terry's character change in real bout as less of a retcon or them "finally getting the appeal, "and more of an actual, in-universe character development. he spent so much of his lift filled with rage and vengeance, but now through all this fighting and all the friends he's made, he realizes he doesn't *want* to be a killer, even if it's someone as horrible as geese. he just wants to be able to enjoy his life. that's why he tries to save geese. he wants to stop geese's plans, but he doesn't want blood on his hands. geese already died once, this is terry's chance at redemption. and it's a chance that geese tears from terry's hands, laughing all the way down. which makes terry adopting geese's son all the more meaningful-- geese stole terry's redemption, so now he's taking it back not through anger but through caring and love.
this channel is a gem
39:03 You almost sounded like Perfect Cell for a minute.
You do realize you have to do an art of fighting retrospective now too! :D
And lo, in the year of our lord 2023, SNK has graced us with news of a new Garou to be released after nearly 25 years.
Fatal Fury and King of Fighters were the franchises that introduced me to games. My earliest memories are seeing my brother play Real Bout and KOF 99 on the PS1. And if I was to bet, a Garou 2 is pretty close to becoming reality, is just a matter of time.
This episode is BURNING! Another great one Mr. McMahon

Amazing work on this video! Would love to have a Fatal Fury remake one day!
Came here after the new FF game trailers and Terry&Mai being added in SF6. We eating good
Fatal Fury 3 was a failure on a gameplay level and on a financial level.
A few notes on the translation stuff:
The dialogue is NOT that weird in Japanese.
So, wait. For that last one, even SNK themselves don't know what the fuck happened? How does that make any sense?
@@codybaier. A mysterious and quite baffling decision, yet the reason for it is lost to time. Well, at least it got corrected later on.

best fighting game series ever. the entire series needs to be remade into an rpg
Why an RPG specifically? Not saying that's a bad idea, but just confused.
