FRUIT CAKE easy recipe !!!!

Without a doubt one of the Christmas classic is the FRUIT CAKE, and this time I present an easy, fast and delicious version. If I'm honest I'm not a fan of the traditional recipe that's why I created this version, I hope you like it as much as I do !!!!!!!!!!

¼ teaspoon ground cloves
¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt

4 eggs
1½ teaspoon vanilla
Zest of 1 tangerine
1 teaspoon chopped rosemary
¾ cup sugar
230 grams butter
3 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons tangerine juice
50 grams raisins
50 grams white raisin
50 grams cranberry
50 grams date chopped
50 grams chopped apricot
50 grams walnut in pieces
50 grams almond in slabs
50 grams hazelnuts halved
1/3 cup rum or brandy
