- This is how i managed to beat the entirety of fnaf by doing absolutely NOTHING. no doors. no lights. no cams. INCLUDING 4/20 mode!

Hey, that's actually not the reason for that! The moment you set up the animatronics A.I, that's when Mike Schmidt (FNAF 1 Nightguard) canonically changes the way animatronics act (lore-wise). No matter your choice of A.I level, whether or not you decide to challenge yourself or make the night easier, the player still tampers with them which results in getting fired.
That's the truth which lies in both the gameplay and lore of FNAF 1. :)

actually, Foxy moves every time the number is lower or equal to his AI level, so on 4/20 Foxy is always guaranteed to move
also you don't have to look at Foxy for him to be guaranteed he won't move, you just need to have your cams up

They can only attack you when you flip up the cams. Does this make logical sense? No, but that’s how the game’s coded, so it allows for this silliness to happen.
There isn't an animation of the animatronics coming into your office, so in order to not make it look weird Scott programmed it so that they only get into your office when the camera is up. At least that's my theory.
@@OK-69420 they can still get in your office even if your cam is down, the door gets jammed too
if i'm correct any cam stuns foxy, not only his (that's why the "best" strategy is to locl the cams to the final freddy place, and switch them on-off every 1-2 seconds and check the corridors at the same time with the ligths)

I'm not exactly sure if this is accurate, but Freddy indicates his moves everytime he laughs, so you can technically countdown the laughs and accurately predict.if he's at your door or not (atleast ik this works on support requested, aka roblox's ver)

Yes but the main thing is that because you have to check foxy is makes you susceptible to attacks from the other animatronics

Freddy will only kill you if you move around just a little bit in the office, and Bonnie and Chica will only kill you if you put up the camera after they've been at the door for so long
The lesson: playing FNAF 1 on your brand-new souped up PC to play at uncapped FPS is extremely suboptimal

I wanna see a funny animation of the animatronics reacting to this strat. Imagine them just so frustrated asking why he won't look at the camera.

Correction on Foxy moving, if the number is greater then the ai number, it will not move. But if the random number is equal to or less then the ai number, then the animatronic will move. So there is a 100% chance of all animatronics moving everytime the countdown is done.
This guy completed night 1 with 46% power left. What a legend 😂😂
"i thought you said freddy was fps based as well" correct, but only on ai level 9 or lower. after moving freddy is stunned for 1000-ai*100 frames before trying to move again, so for example at 1 ai he waits 900 frames, at 9 ai he waits 100 frames, and at 10 or higher he waits zero frames

I am now doing this challenge. Im doing it on my laptop and watching stuff on my phone. Its 1 am in game and nothing so far. I turned down the volume so i dont get jumpscared myself. I cant do a FPS program because im pretty sure you need a admin password for handling apps that can ulture your game files (mr tomato and mrs lemons for example). Now 3 am. Bored. 71 power. Ready for foxy.
Update got jump-scared at 4 am. Trying again. Happened again at the same time (4 am) and got it's me in 3rd run-through. I think that's rare in the first night, 12 am and it's the 3rd time I did this. Lived to 5 am. I feel like cassidy when william left his hell.
6th time: "It's me" at 1 am. Died at 4 am.
7 th time "it's me" at 5 am. Survived this time.
N2 1st time: "It's me" at 2 am. Died at 3 am
N2 2nd time: "It's me" and Foxy at 4 am.
N2 3rd time: died at 3 am.
N2 4th time: got "it's me" at 12 am. Just wants to close the doors at 2 or 3 am but doesn't wanna waste battery. Died at 3 am.
N2 5th time:got "it's me" at 1 am just to get it again right before getting jumpscared by foxy.
N2 6th time: died at 2 am.
N2 7th time: died at 2 am. I feel like I'm dying 👍
N2 8th time: died at 2 am.
I think my games has has enough. I can't close the doors, it's 5 am... never mind. I couldn't close the doors so I thought it was safe.

Doing nothing is the basic thing in FNAF
so for foxy, his first countdown is 60 in-game minutes. He first moves at 1am, and that's when his normal countdown starts

Speaking of the Switch version of FNAF 1 my Friend and I got through Nights 1-5 Yesterday and we had a hard time with Night 5 (mostly because of Bonnie and Chica) that we used the Unlimited Power Cheat and used it to beat Night 5, Get our first Star and unlock Night 6 and this video gave me an idea.
What if I beat FNAF 1 on the Switch by doing NOTHING.
But the Catch is that you need to have the Unlimited Power Cheat on and you need to have both doors closed to prevent Freddy and Foxy from attacking and Bonnie and Chica from jamming your doors.
It's just so funny how everyone is happy to the revalation that they're fired, lol

You don't actually have to be on the pirate cove camera to deal with foxy you just need to be on cams in general meaning if your playing on 4/20 mode you just need to look at the freddy camera since freddy can't enter if your looking at him in the hall

Ok it's not greater than or equal to, it's just greater than for him to move, so on full 20 mode, he will always move to his next stage once he rolls a number, also, none of the AI levels get up to 20 in the normal game only custom night, therefore, you can beat the normal game at theoretically any fps, here's where I learned that ruclips.net/video/ujg0Y5IziiY/видео.html

if the rolled number is less than or equal to their ai level, then they can move
@@AvgCooki I meant it has to be less than or equal to the AI level for the AI to move, meaning only numbers greater than 20, which cannot happen, cause the AI to not move, so all AI will always move on 4-20 node

I think I have the answer why fred, bon, and chic can't attack you when you never open cameras, because they actually did not knowing if someone or the player is in the office.
Foxy? yeah, I think he has kinda "trust issues" thing and also he's a stubborn kid, he didn't trust the rest of them so yeah, no wonder he would gonna run and checked them by himself.

You were wondering about the new 4/20 strat?
I’m not sure if this works on PC since I only own the mobile port and have since 2014 but I’ve been playing through the fnaf games again in leadup to the movie and literally just completed the game all in one shot by every night just doing check left light, check right light, flip up to cam 4b for freddy, flip cam down, then reverse it with right, left, cam up, cam down and just do back and forth etc etc.
Idk if there’s a documented source for this strat but I’ve used that strat this time based off of the fact that foxy can only attack when u dont check any cam not just his, 4b is the final freddy cam so you can softlock him by opening and closing it to lock his movement opportunity. The lights are to check bonnie and chica but you can close the doors when they appear and open when they leave. Towards nights 5 and 6 you might run low on power but at 2% just sit still and you should be bought enough time. Same on 4/20 but I managed to do it without running out of power, I think because more movement in bonnie and chica meant they were away more often leaving the door open longer.
Gonna test it on PC when I get home from my holidays and see how far it takes me. Mobile it’s very much possible though.
it works, but sometimes you have to close right door, switch to cam 1c, switch back to cam 4b, then open right door, check right door, left door, cam, left door, right door, and so on
This is not a "new" strat and it is very well documented. Not sure who discovered it first, but dj sterf used this strat 8 years ago.
