Howdy kids ! Well I just came back from a 3 day stay at sapphire falls and 100 bucks a day is a tight budget considering some of the prices . I paid $5.33 for a 16 oz bottle of coke at the Universal Store on City Walk and $10 for an Auntie Anne’s pretzel 🥨 . I love me a few cocktails with dinner so not sure I’d make it lol . My savings would be I don’t buy much merch anymore. Have too many Harry Potter shirts and mugs and grinch stuff as it ..need a storage unit . Fun video ….happy holidays 😎😎😎

@@fudge_factor My trip was great . The parks were crazy busy though . Had dinner at Big Fire one night and I always have dinner at Toothesome Chocolate Emporium as it’s one of my favs . In the park I had lunch at Mythos in Islands of Adventure. The nectar of the gods cocktail helps steady my nerves before going back in the fray of the crowds lol .
Those pre Christmas crowds will get ya! Those are all solid places to eat! Were you able to get everything you wanted to done with all the crowds? We are glad you have a great trip!

We were at Universal last night and I saw something that made me think of this video. We were in line for Villain Con and just about to go into the building. The trash can just before had two popcorn buckets and a 30th Anniversary Jurassic Park refillable mug sitting on top. I almost cried.
Oh man!! That’s crazy! Thats a lot of money just sitting in the trash can!

Being that it was right on top and you wouldn't have to really dive. The thought had crossed my mind but my wife gave me the eye and I was like I better leave it alone.

I’m impressed! I’m definitely going to have to start budgeting more! I always bring cash as my budget, but it’s a lot of cash 😅. I’m so bummed I didn’t get the turkey sandwich and the smores dessert! It looks so good!
haha I'm not sure Aub will want to remain on this budget! Sharing food is definitely the move though if you have a group that is willing to do that!

Light breakfast around 1030 or 1100, early dinner around 4, very little snacking (I think the only snack I got on our last trip, 4 days, was a Carmel apple). We had poplars, granolabars, etc in the room,
That’s a solid plan! Where would you get breakfast?
@fudge_factor green eggs n ham, 3 broomsticks...wherever. Sometimes it was brunch, some people ordering breakfast some ordering lunch, sometimes it was a piece of pumpkin loaf from our hotel starbucks...have to be flexible. If you aren't flexible, you may as well be at the house of mouse where you have to plan every second of the day.

Ahh thats a great question, we have the Freedom Passes, so there is no discount on food! Great question! So you might be able to make your dollar go further with the UOAP discount!

Freedom pass is the military annual pass! It’s for active duty military, retired military, dod civilians, and 100% disabled veterans! It’s a steal of a deal when it comes for an annual pass!
