I got my Kobe 9’s and 10’s years ago and still have them, I then got the Protro 4’s for Christmas in 2019 (before everything happened), so the price shot up, never thought I’d get another pair, my sister hit on the grinches for me and I almost cried, but then my last birthday my gf got me the Kobe 5 protro’s and I really did cry, much to the reason you just said, never again will stuff like this come out, especially with Vanessa and Nike not extending the contract, but also since he is gone I can’t just go anywhere and pick them up, as someone that wanted his shoes when I was younger and couldn’t afford them, it’s like now being older and actually have them on hand, it’s like just a weird nostalgia feeling

the it's a trap, got me haha. I do really like these, I am glad you got a pair of these. It is a super abusive relationship with coping kicks sometimes... just sucks more than it should. I'm still unsure what the future holds for Kobe's sneakers and it sucks for his fans. I know myself as a Rose fan would be super upset if it was similar.

I don´t know if the mismatched swoosh took inspiration from the Mercurial Superfly 3 CR7 pin stripse, which also look different depending on what side you are looking them from. Really long shot, but considering Kobe liked football/soccer and we actually have Mamba colourway inspired by a Mercurial, not totally crazy. What do you think?
I got lucky and also hit on a pair. I actually prefer to play in these compared to the skinfuse pairs. The mesh doesn’t stretch out like you think it would. I play with the dirty dozen protros. At first wear they are really tight but after that the fit is on point.
