- Dynamite is the largest steel roller coaster at Freizeitpark Plohn. This is the second Mack Big Dipper and this roller coaster features a super compact layout with three inversions. And the ride also pays homage to the former Silver Mine with its entrance and queue line. But is it better than Lost Gravity, the prototype Big Dipper? Find out in this review!

At my visit this year I thought the speed bump gave a good ejector pop, that s-bump felt almost like taron and the "top-hat" have a small floater pop in the back row for me at least. The wingover drop had awesome hangtime and the zero g roll was violent in the outer right seat. Very very good coaster.
It was extremely hot that day and the rides were running very fast though.
It was much cooler for me, so that may have come into play.
Honestly as a man who rode silver mine in 2017, this was quit a good coaster with sharp drops, and I was sad to hear about its removal, yet Big Dipper did not disappoint at all
It's certainly an upgrade.
If Dynamite’s best part is it’s finally, I guess you can say it goes out with a bang.
Lol
You Pun-ished me.
The first part may be lacking but the finale packs a punch. And the queue line. I just love it!
It's a solid ride.
Ah yes, the coaster where the
"Schiene toll gebogen, Mack Produkt"
Meme started.
Where is that?
@@CanobieCoaster Roland Mack (Owner of MackRides) rode this coaster on the opening ceremony in 2019. After that ride, he said "Schiene toll gebogen, Mack Produkt" (translated: track nicely bent, Mack Product") became a big meme in the German coaster enthusiast community.
First row, outer left seat. That's the best way to experience that coaster.
I keep thinking I have caught up on your videos and out of nowhere I find another. "lol" I never have even heard of this one. Thanks again for the content.
You're welcome!
Sorry I’m late, I was out today. Dynamite still does look fun. Thank you for another European coaster review! 😊🙏
You're welcome!
always cool, when my homepark is getting some international attention
It was a decent little park.
I like the drop alot :D hanging in a lapbar this high up in the Air is really cool. For how tiny this is, its a good coaster imo. I am exited for Future Big dippers in Europapark or the one on Prater :D
I'm excited for both of those.
Cool ride.
It is.
This looks like a mack eurofighter
I have also noticed European rides tend to put emphasis on near misses and theming while North American coasters go ham on extreme forces
European parks definitely place more emphasis on theming.
Most European parks build smaller coasters in general. We have very few hypers (5 or so) over here, so the Parks that are most often not connected to a Big chain (we dont have sixflags or Cedar fair here) try to make the best out of their long and careful planned Investments
I really like the theming on this
Me too.
Do you have a review of El Toro at this park or am I just missing it? I would be interested to see your thoughts on it as my plan is to visit the park next year. Great review as always!
Not yet, but I will in the coming weeks.
e l *t o t o*
Do you think Wiener Looping (the next big dipper) will be even better than the first two versions?
Good chance with those backwards seats.
for some reason I just didn't feel the rattle on lost gravity i was on the front wing seat back wing seat middle seats and just didn't feel it maybe something has changed about it because my ride was only a couple months ago
Maybe they did something to the trains? Dynamite doesn't have the rattle issue.
@@CanobieCoaster Yeah its posible i had heard a lot about a rattle but never had anything could have just been running smoother that day also.
That tophat kinda looks like a non-inverting-Immelmann
It sort of does.
You said it have Otsr restraints and lap bars which is it
Lap bars, sorry for the confusion.
appropriate name for this coaster, it kills you!
It's good.
What did you like more, dynamite or lost Gravity? Why?
Lost Gravity, way more airtime.
if you don't know there is a coaster called el toro at this park the this scentance would be very wierd 5:55
True.
thats funnjy that they have a coaster called el toro because the one at great adventure is so world renowned
Yes
I always thought lost gravity looked better but I didn’t realize how forceless dynamite actually is
I still enjoyed it, but the ride looked a little better than it was.
@@CanobieCoaster SHA POOP Y
Mack Big Dipers. These rides weird. I don't even know what to compare them to. Like B&M Wing mixed with a Gerstlauer Eurofighter or something. But at least they are cool and intense. I really want to experience those side seats as you are very exposed.
It's like Skyrush's outer seats on the edge.
I agree that Lost Gravity is better, but I enjoyed Dynamite more than you did, it seems.
Did it run faster for you? It was a cooler day for me.
@@CanobieCoaster I don’t remember it running slowly, at least, and it was a warm day.
Btw, my favorite at the park was clearly El Toro, though, but I do love my woodies.
@@CanobieCoaster sometimes when u ask the ride ops they will run the ride in the "boost mode" where the lift doesn't slow down at the top, but even accelerates more. The coaster is a lot more forceful that way, but they don't do it often.
i guess bts now has a coaster
Lol
Hello!!!
Hello!
That top hat near the beginning should have been reprofiled into an elongated zero g roll. Imagine the hang time you would get on such an inversion.
I'd love that.
Dy-na-na-na, na-na, na-na-na, na-na-na, life is dynamite
Dy-na-na-na, na-na, na-na-na, na-na-na, life is dynamite
Shining through the city with a little funk and soul
So I'ma light it up like dynamite, whoa oh oh
Lol
