I agree with perkz being better leader, but we all know what happen when caps came to EU LCS (LEC), he literally puts himself on the map with his outplays on Perkz etc. . Hard to decide between them, but both options seems fine.
Both Caps and Jankos was good last season too, just hard to show when they have other problems. A good player always looks better on a team with synergy.

They had plenty of talent over the years but it seems like the team atmosphere was always lacking. Just look at the players/rosters from S8-10 and how they performed rather well internationally. Caps, Rekkles, Bwipo, Nemesis, Selfmade and Hyli. All of these players proved themselves to be able to contend at the highest level in some way or another. But it always turned out that the team was having internal struggle. At this point even fans have to question the management and whatever the fuck they are doing. If FNC didnt establish themselves as a top org as a competitor no one should/would join that org.

2:12 Watching the play in lower speed actually made me think it was not a prediction flash, he was rather flashing Q because he thought he was not going to be in range cause of ryze movement speed, so it was actually very lucky (Q range also weird). Anyway cool play ofc, just the flash Q was kinda luck imo.
