Very nice to see how you use your collage papers!! Thank you!
You are so welcome!
Very enjoyable ❤ Great idea about using the transparent paper too!
The tissue paper creates very interesting effects and is pretty versatile. Should use it more often really!
Hi, I love the go with the flow. Your music is nice also.
Thank you!
I love seeing your process and how you kept it real with you not liking one of them
Ty for sharing your talents
Thank you! There's always some that don't work out 😉
Idk if I’ve commented and complimented your work before but let me take a moment…A moment… and say I love your work and approach to teaching/sharing. Your work is always always lovely! I dream work in this vain! TFS and keep up the good work! And I might mention glaze is my jam (especially in golden yellows)❤
Thank you so much, that's so lovely to hear! I might take this as a challenge to make something you won't like 😂. Love a good glaze! Don't think I've done golden yellow before, but loved it.
@@jclosestudio too funny …I don’t think you have it in you to make something I don’t like…
@@swl9270 Haha, challenge accepted!
@@jclosestudio that’s my girl😂
Beautiful! I love how you articulate your process, and the end results are lovely with that monoprint shining through. I've had collage on the brain for a while, so thank you for this motivation! :)
Thanks Orla! Ooh I really hope you try it. Would love to see a video on that 😉
I am a viewer from Japan.
I found the glossy look of acrylic ink, the matte look of paste paint, and the finish created by the Neocolor Pastel Crayon strokes in your mark-making video interesting and have been experimenting with it myself. I used Liquitex acrylic ink.
There is something about getting my hands on paper that brings me peace of mind. It has the effect of making me look inside myself, which is very meaningful.
Hello! I love combining all the different effects from various materials and tools. I haven't tried Liquitex ink myself yet. It might have to go on my next shopping list. I completely agree with you about working with your hands on paper! It has something meditative for me.
Greetings all the way to Japan!
so cute, love seeing your work ❤❤
Aww thanks so much!
Yes your music is a very good choice
Haha, thanks ☺️
Soo lovely!! And now I need that transparent paper as that really makes a huge difference to collage making. Stunning Jeannine ❤
Haha, sorry! That paper is great though for adding transparent layers.
@@jclosestudio it sure does!! And we cannot get it in SA! But..... I have an idea!
Hi, Jeannine, I am a big fan of yours: both your art and art journey that you kindly share with audience. I have a question. How often do you revise your sketchbook?
Thanks so much, Anastassiya!
Do you mean looking back at my sketches? Not very often! Maybe once a year max. 😄 But I do find it helpful to have a look through when starting a new body of work to find inspiration. But even that I don't do every time. Should really look through them more often! But I think all the sketches manifest subconsciously in my head too.
