    I see places and objects in everyone of your creations . When one can forget that he or she is watching a movie , then you're travelling within it . Your colours reflect limiltess time and space . Thank you always for sharing your Spirit . Orion

      That's very poetic, thank you Orion! I love your comparison of watching a movie.

    I saw faces in lower right hand corner of a couple. You covered up the first one, left the white one. Then in the last one there was an animal face peeking through the center right edge! Love your work.

    These finished pieces are beautiful, love them all but think the last one with the pinks and hints of yellow is my favourite, feels calm, restful and uplifting at the same time.
    Your process is a joy to watch and echoing many comments, learning so much and feel so inspired, the creative pull is so strong 😊. Thank you Jeannine look forward to seeing the next stage of the other pieces 🙏🏻🤗🙏🏻

      @@jclosestudio I’ve been on my creative journey over the last 2 years which has lead me to abstract art. I find it so enriching, spiritual, reflective and so much more. The feeling to create is so powerful and cannot be ignored. I’m only at the beginning of finding my creative voice and find your channel a wonderful guide and inspiration as part of that discovery 😊

      @@andreabrown8551 I also really found the joy in painting when I got into abstract art. It's just so freeing, and like you say, reflective. It's a bit like meditation for me. Honoured to be a guide 😊

    Gorgeous results. I really love the colours you ended up with in painting 3, it made me think of a sea storm next to an old whitewashed Mediterranean village.

      Thank you, Kate! I think moving to the sea has very much influenced this collection. Even though it's not the Mediterranean unfortunately 😉

    Love your art🥰 I noticed that you use more or less the same colors for your paintings (so do I), I wonder if that is a strength or weakness for an artist to always go with the same colors? Sometimes I think I need to push myself to choose different colors that I normally wouldn't pick.

      Always thought this was an interesting question.

    • @jclosestudio
      @jclosestudio  5 месяцев назад +1

      I always seem to come back to the same colours, don't I! I try to start off with quite different colours as a challenge. but then still revert back to what I like. I don't think it's a matter of strength or weakness. It's just part of your preferences, or what people like to call their 'style'.
