It's really unbelievable that he can most probably 1vs1 every troupe member except Chrollo. It will be interesting seeing how his story progresses. Hopefully we won't be waiting too long for a new season.

Bro the penalty is discussed in length when you read the manga. It is that every second he spends in Emperor Time shortens his life by an year or something close. (Which is why he constantly tells his opponent not to waste his time and go all out from the beginning so he can verify his hypothesis and get it over with as quick as possible) So, if you ask me it is a crazy ability but the drawbacks are crazy too.
Manga Spoiler: I cant believe they didnt discuss this in the anime but the tradeoff for emperor time is crazy bad. Every minute he spends in that form is like a year off his lifespan or something to that effect which is what kurapika references

Chrollo and if they say Uvo's strength is by far the highest out of these people I would also think that it's definitely on par with some of the strongest characters we've at least met so far in the anime. F.ex. strength wise it could be on the level of Neteros strength. It was very early in the show so most people just think the first antagonists are weaker than the next but that's not the case. Like I said look at Uvo's strength in retrospect to all the characters and tell me it is logical that he didn't completely fuck up Kurapika. Kurapika is a small and thin boy that knows about Nen for about 6 Months when he fights him and I don't think it is good story writing when you just make him literally beat the strongest of the members with one try, no injuries and seemingly little effort. Very much the only thing I dislike about HxH tho.

Chrollo and if they say Uvo's strength is by far the highest out of these people I would also think that it's definitely on par with some of the strongest characters we've at least met so far in the anime. F.ex. strength wise it could be on the level of Neteros strength.
It was very early in the show so most people just think the first antagonists are weaker than the next but that's not the case. Like I said look at Uvo's strength in retrospect to all the characters and tell me it is logical that he didn't completely fuck up Kurapika. Kurapika is a small and thin boy that knows about Nen for about 6 Months when he fights him and I don't think it is good story writing when you just make him literally beat the strongest of the members with one try, no injuries and seemingly little effort. Very much the only thing I dislike about HxH tho.
