Great video and it was great to shoot with you Dean! Watching you shoot that last drive was humbling 😮 And the video doesn’t actually do those birds justice!!!
yes. i put 1's , steel through my 3/8 set of chokes. but yes, 1/4s are the rcommended for HP steel apparently her in UK, tho gamebore website says 1/2. so that s why I though 3/8 would be OK. Im only a novice shot, but have got a few ducks with that set up. thanks@@DKG.Fieldsports
@grahamshepherd4847 Fabarm actually say you can use hp steel through full choke! I think for most normal 30-50 yard ducks, 1/4 is fine.. I will, when I get chance pattern test these through cyl, 1/4 & 1/2 at 30 & 60 yards. Will be interesting to see what chokes actually produce the best pattern.

I enjoyed watching the video. Great to see Fern turn out to be a good steady dog.
She has been a pleasure to train and everyone comments on how she just sits there marking the birds down.
WHAT CHOKES were you using please? thanks
Two half chokes through 32” MK38.
Express recommendations were to use 1/4, but half was the most open I had, however they patterned fine through them.
