This actually made me cry, in a releasing sort of way. I have natural tendencies to go to the forest so that I can breathe, as well as other methods similar to those discussed. Hearing the meaning and purpose explained for these methods helped me realize that I have exactly what I need at exactly the right time. When I become boisterous and try to control the flow, life feels like a rough sea that I'm flailing to survive in. This talk reminded me that finding my center, my calm, allows me to release the stress I place upon myself. Thank you so much for sharing this, Namaste
